Place: Garland Comments: Ok SNL - me and my broom are back in Garland  Yes I did see that remark and will remember it (I wrote it down so I would not forget it)  I am going to have an MRI done on my right knee on Wed so keep your fingers crossed that he does not find much wrong.
Place: Rumerville Comments: John, It must be true cause I also heard that obama was found floating face down in the ocean from trying to dig Osamas' grave. Stories like that have to be true. They wouldn't lie to us.....again.

Place: Skeptic Avenue Comments: My question is ... did we REALLY get Bin Laden? It seems just a little too convenient that his body was "buried at sea". Where is the PROOF? Or is this just another fakey conspiracy foisted on us by our government ... like that fake "moon walk" from the 1960's?

The Philly-NY (both Penn and NY had attacks on their soil) game announced Bin Laden's death during the 9th inning when the score was 1-1 (911). The 5-1-11 vs. the 9-1-01. Seems to all ring well with me for some reason. I guess we one (won).

Place: Richardson Comments: Hey DL - careful who you give permission to fly thru my upstairs windows!! I don't think you'll need to loan Shortcake your Ex's broom, I think she keeps her own in her motorhome broom closet!! Today I'm working inside & Don's working outside. My Gauer family reunion is tmo & I'm baking pies & other stuff to take in the mrng! Don is replacing the metal edging with landscape rock around our two trees in the front yard. A big flatbed delivered all the rock this mrng. Ea one of those rock weigh 27lbs!! He's hard at it & I think he's going to be worn out by this evening. Once that's all done, will put some good dirt inside the area & plant some beautiful flowers. Sammy - will be thinking of you tmo as we drive thru Waco, then Valley Mills & into Moshein. All my relatives on my Mom's side live in Crawford, Valley Mills or McGregor. My Mom was the only one who left the area. Ya'll have a good weekend, gotta get back to the kitchen.

Place: LV, TX Comments: Thanks for the kind words & prayers for all victims of the deadly storms. The tornado that hit Smithville was upgraded to F-5, 205 mph. I believe it was the same as the one that struck Tuscaloosa afterward. Early word on Doug - PET scan was clean; CT scan & other lab results next week. Many thanks for your continued prayers.
Place: Sachse Comments: Don L., so sorry about your loss of family members and prayers have gone up for them and all the others who suffered loss of life or property in the tornado. Shortcake, praying that your lab reports will be good and your knee problems will be resolved. Keep the faith. Sandra, I have your email about Jana on the front of my fridge to remind me to keep the prayers going during her treatments. Thinking positive thoughts as well. Yes, I believe that despite the trials and difficulties that come our way, we are truly blessed.
Place: Richardson Comments: Don L, I'm so sorry for the loss of your extended family. They may be extended, but they are family! I too watched the devastation on TV & it was heart wrenching!! I will continue to pray for all those who lost everything, including their life! Shortcake - I've been wondering about you, of course, we all wonder about You!!  Glad your 2nd test was clean!! I'll be sure to keep you & Doug in my prayers for "clean" check-ups!! |
