Place: Richardson Comments: Happy to hear the Smiley's are planning to make the two events on Oct 5 & 6!! Dale, do like Jack suggested, just put up a sign or, say "We've got plans for that Fri & Sat. Be back Sunday!" I know it's hard to believe, but I actually miss you!  Just put up a great photo of Toni's G-kids on the 1st Day of School. Gosh darn, those kids are getting big, and so handsome!
Place: Burkett, Texas Comments: Jack, fishing's all done. We have a five acre lake that was 23 feet deep when we bought the place. Yuvonne had about 50, 3-5 lb catfish she fed and it was loaded with nice black bass. It went completley , bone dry last summer. Remember that time when it rained for 40 days and 40 nights? They say we got seven tenths of an inch here. We lost all of the fish. Re-stocked this spring with catfish,perch and minnows. All still too small to catch. Will make every effort to be there for both events.
Place: 66erville Comments: Smiley, in case you forgot, you're RETIRED! You can hunt all week, not just weekends. Put your sticks in the car and a sign on the gate, Gone to Town. Come play golf one day and visit old friends the next. No, there is no expiration date on offer. It is good anytime, ONCE! (even if I forget I paid) Now then, tell me more about this being able to just show up and hunt and fish and stuff!!
Place: Grosvenor, Texas Comments: Rick,That's good. Very clever. I'm confused. I'v got this funny feeling that I'v already told my deja vu joke. Jack, We ae planning on attending but that is during the best week for deer hunting and we often have friends invite themselves for a visit at that time. I think you still owe me a drink from one of those contests we had 3 years ago. Hope the winnings have not expired. You only said "you must be present to collect" 
Place: 66erville Comments: Good to hear from you Mike. Maybe you can schedule your trip and be here for the mini on Oct. 6th. If you can't wait that long, we'll be glad to see you. Sam, today is the worse part of your procedure, the "prep" work. Nothing good to eat and drinking that "stuff". Thinking about you, guy. Rick, let me know when you decide about the mini. If you are coming, I'll try not to forget to bring you the radio (again). Dale, any chance you and Y will come in and play golf and/or come to the mini??

I was thinking maybe I'd get one small chapter, I thought YOU & Smiley wd take up most of the book.Cathy Wood, Doc Mitchell, Roe, Earlene, KMD, Bovie, McGee & others out there . . . note your calendar to show up on Oct 6 @ 2:00pm at the Hyatt Hotel in Richardson!! Looking forward to seeing all of ya'll.
Place: 66erville Comments: I carried a sign at a protest in Austin that said "Reverse Psychology", but I never did understand it. I only joined it because this really cute girl told me the next meeting was at hippie hollow and I could see here there. SNL, don't be so hard on yourself. While you'd probably be a long case study, you'd probably be only 1/2 to 1/3 of a whole book!

Place: bigD Comments: SNL, She (my cousin) wrote a book on Early Childhood Behavior, so I don't think I should bring her because Jack might want her to analize him. You know how children are.
Place: Richardson Comments: I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict . . . No more 100* temps this year! Maybe some mid 90's, but with the rains, everything is better!  Toni - so happy you & Bruce can make the next mini. I'll make sure it doesn't ice or snow that day!!  Sammy - Whatever the cause, glad the doc can fix it during the procedure. Prayers for full repair & on the road again!  REMEMBER FOLKS - Oct 6th!! Saturday at the Hyatt Hotel on Campbell @ Hwy 75 is our next mini!! Be there . . . or be square.
