Sue is doing better but still in guarded condition.  They may be able to take her off the ventilator today and if she continues to get stronger she may be back in a regular room by Christmas..Thanks for your prayers.

Sixty-five years ago on December 23, 1947, two incredible things happened.  On that day, AT&T’s Bell Labs created the first working transistor, a little device that some say is still the most significant creation of all mankind.  On that same day, something even more important to me personally was created, not by man, but by God.  Mr. and Mrs. Norman gave birth to a little baby girl they named Sandra Kaye Norman.   She grew up to become this amazing, independent, incredibly smart and beautiful woman that I somehow managed to marry almost 28 years ago.  Ironically, we both worked for Ma Bell.  Happy Birthday Sandy.  It may be your birthday, but you make every day special for me.
