Prayers for his doctors to make the right decisions for him, guide their hands Lord, and may surgery be successful and Don be pain free. Trust in the Lord; He is the great Physician. Sandy, May you get rest and comfort as you are Don’s Advocate and need to be strong for him. Take care. I am not too far from you if you want or need anything. I’ll come over and hold your hand. I know visitors aren’t encouraged at hospitals, but I can find your home. Linda

Place: Richardson Comments: Surgery scheduled for Tuesday at1pm. But he can't take severe paralyzing pain and getting weaker by the day because can't even eat at all. Barely able to use straw on one side. So... We're heading to ER in few hours and go ahead and get checked in to hospital. Dr will call and tell them we're coming and get him in room so can start IV and get morphine. That's only thing that works. Also needs nutrition and fluid's. Want to get him in better situation before the surgery. Thank you for the prayers and keep them coming. Love to you all. ❤️❤️

Place: Richardson Comments: After driving across town to Plano way out past Legacy we got home at 6:45. MRI on braIn takes 1hour but he made it. They were very kind and understanding of the situation and NOT touching right side of face. They got us a wheelchair and even helped get him back to car. Much better than other MRI that was a nightmare. Dr will call at 9 this morning. Praying he will schedule surgery asap. Sorry for all the Bd, annv and other important events I've missed. Not enough hours in the day to be able to go on FB or GB. will let you know when surgery scheduled. ❤️❤️

Place: Richardson Comments: Another screw up in the medical profession. Got to MRI location about 2 miles from my house and Dr not available to do contrast. Sent us way over to Plano. At least they are really nice here. Praying he makes it thru 45 min MRI. He's so worn out due to excessive pain and not able to eat much, everything is pureed. Please pray for the pain to ease and he can get surgery soon! Thank you 💗💗💗 to all my SOC friends.
Place: McKinney, TX Comments: Thank you for letting us all know about Don, Sandy. I know you are meeting yourself coming and going, and you have so much on your plate right now. I hope your appointment today for the MRI goes well, and that they concur that Don needs surgery sooner than later. Please let me know what or if we can help you in any way. We look forward to any follow up posts here on the GB as I know Don doesn’t want his situation all over social media. Keeping you both in our thoughts and prayers.
Place: Richardson Comments: Things have gotten much worse. His Trigeminal pain is out of control. It's intense and severe. Can't wait any longer must do something now. Cried and begged and finally got a nurse to understand he can't take anymore and meds aren't working. Got brain MRI moved from Monday to today at 3:30. Dr will call at 9am to discuss and hopefully schedule surgery asap. All I asked from my SOC friends is to pray for Don's terrible pain to ease and he can get surgery soon to end this nightmare.
