Place: Richardson Comments: After driving across town to Plano way out past Legacy we got home at 6:45. MRI on braIn takes 1hour but he made it. They were very kind and understanding of the situation and NOT touching right side of face. They got us a wheelchair and even helped get him back to car. Much better than other MRI that was a nightmare. Dr will call at 9 this morning. Praying he will schedule surgery asap. Sorry for all the Bd, annv and other important events I've missed. Not enough hours in the day to be able to go on FB or GB. will let you know when surgery scheduled. β€οΈβ€οΈ

Place: Richardson Comments: Another screw up in the medical profession. Got to MRI location about 2 miles from my house and Dr not available to do contrast. Sent us way over to Plano. At least they are really nice here. Praying he makes it thru 45 min MRI. He's so worn out due to excessive pain and not able to eat much, everything is pureed. Please pray for the pain to ease and he can get surgery soon! Thank you πππ to all my SOC friends.
Place: McKinney, TX Comments: Thank you for letting us all know about Don, Sandy. I know you are meeting yourself coming and going, and you have so much on your plate right now. I hope your appointment today for the MRI goes well, and that they concur that Don needs surgery sooner than later. Please let me know what or if we can help you in any way. We look forward to any follow up posts here on the GB as I know Don doesnβt want his situation all over social media. Keeping you both in our thoughts and prayers.
Place: Richardson Comments: Things have gotten much worse. His Trigeminal pain is out of control. It's intense and severe. Can't wait any longer must do something now. Cried and begged and finally got a nurse to understand he can't take anymore and meds aren't working. Got brain MRI moved from Monday to today at 3:30. Dr will call at 9am to discuss and hopefully schedule surgery asap. All I asked from my SOC friends is to pray for Don's terrible pain to ease and he can get surgery soon to end this nightmare. Thank you prayer warriors. Will let you know later tomorrow what happens next. Later

Place: Richardson Comments: Oh, did I mention that in between ER and Dr visits my dryer won't dry my clothes and my left front tire on my suv has a gash in it. Had to get new tire as cut was in the tread. Don not able to eat regular food so everything is pureed. Only thing I ask of y'all is to please send prayers to ease this his pain until we can get surgery. Thank you!
Place: Richardson Comments: I'm not sure where to start but I've been absent from gb & fb about 2 weeks. Don's Trigeminal Neurolgia has been acting up since July. Getting worse with more frequent shocks and more severe. Look it up, it is bad and debilitatting. Upped his meds which made him dizzy. He fell in backyard 8-3. MRI done has fracture in T11 vertebra. That pain caused Trigeminal to get worse. We've been to ER 3 times and on last visit 8-24 put him in hospital. I'm desperately looking for Neurosurgeon that does gama knife Trigeminal surgery. Pain won't cease until that damn Trigeminal nerve is cut or removed. If you know of a qualified neurosurgeon send me email or call me. Oh, on 8-15 my 10 y.o. pc died one! I'm trying to work from a cell which I have trouble seeing. I was able to get my email, fb and gb onto my cell. I hate it, but doing best I can. Place: Denton, TX Comments: Was just looking at some of the conversations. I also was one of those who went to Libson for the first half of 1st grade and then moved to Clara Oliver on Idaho. My teacher also moved and had the same teacher for all of 1sr grade. Was a lot closer to my house in South Oak Cliff. Above 5 blocks to there and 5 blocks the other direction to Boude Story and only ~2 blocks to SOC. Visted my Mom on her Birthday, she lives in Pleasant Grove and My brother who graduated in 64 takes care of her. Her BD was the 30th and she turned 99.
Place: Soc65 Comments: Sandy, just wanted to let you and your classmates know, I just received a friend request from Richard Nance. I know he has passed away, but someone has stolen his identity on FB. Maybe have his wife close his account on FB or report unauthorized person using his identity complete with picture to FB authorities. Just letting you know about this, it happened today. Hope you and your classmates are doing fine, miss seeing you. Tanya
Place: Wet Richardson Comments: Yes it is wet in dfw area, and some areas did get 9 to 10 inches! Saw lots of flooding on the news. Seems Ft Wth really got it bad, lots more flooding everywhere. We're safe in Richardson but soggy. Have to go out today but I know all the usual water areas and will avoid them. Stay safe and remember "Turn around, don't drown!"
