Place: Richardson Comments: Can't believe the Cowboys lost that game with less than 2 min on the clock & we're ahead by 6 pts. Our D couldn't stop Stafford's bullet arm! Actual final score was 31 - 30. We made 4 interceptions and still lost. Geezz. 
Place: Garland USA Comments: Well, I guess Ric's wishful thinking blew it for the Cowboys! 21-20 Lions...  Hey JD, apparently you're not the only one wondering about that "juice" Shortcake is drinking! Good to see Mike Dunn is out of the hospital! Jack, you and your stories!
Place: my couch Comments: The cowboys are playing-- down by 4 points, but I expect they will win.
Place: Richardson Comments: Got 2 1/4 " of much needed rain here last night!! Yea!!!! JD - We've been wondering what has happened to you?? Good to hear from you. Hey we have a Mini coming up on Nov 9th & we have a dinner immediately following at 6:00pm. No, we don't have to drive to El Fenix or be squished into a too small of a place either. It's the café right there at the hotel. Take a look at the invite on the Events pg & it has all the details. Would love to see you!!!! Shortcake - Do you ever feel like a rat?? I'm beginning to feel like one of those lab rats that react to Gongs or Bells!! Btwn the beeper on the Microwave, timer on the Microwave, timer on the ovens & the darn Fridge beeping to tell me the door has been open too long . . . they're making me crazy!!  The other night all 3 of them were going off at the same time. Sounded like a symphony of beeps.

You know that we miss your smiling face and I am sure that SNL really misses you harassing her about our Cowboys! See ya later...?I have peach cobbler in the oven and the bell just went off.
Place: 66erville Comments: It must have gotten cold enough up north to drive JD indoors and on the computer. OR all of a sudden he remembered the website (or maybe he re-discovered it). Sorry, JD, it is illegal to export the friggin juice north of Oklahoma or the Mason-Dixon line or west of Texas. It is the secret to getting things done while appearing to move at a slow pace.
Place: Big D Comments: Holy hisses, Batman! This is a great spot for a crazy cat lady to visit. SNL, it was great to see you at the '63 reunion!
Place: Wisconsin Comments: Ms Reynolds...please answer, if you can, the following questions. 1. Do you own a permanent address that you (as a normal person) call HOME? 2. Is there some correlation between this location...you call HOME...and all of the other locations you appear to frequent. 3. Would you agree that any normal person would have to start their day (outside the house) at 4 a.m. to be able to go to bed at 11:45 p.m. And on and on and on to complete all the tasks and or visit all of the locations you appear to do in your (NORMAL) day.

Place: Cypress Springs Comments: I have taken over Bobby's computer to use for a little while - mine crashed big time  I mean there was absolutely nothing on it! It dropped it off at the Fire Dept with our IT guy. If anyone can fix it he can. If he cannot figure it out then it cannot be fixed. Been at Mom's for several days....she fell at church and they had to remove all the hardware in her leg they put in a year ago-it punched through from the inside...then she tripped on the bedspread after the surgery   and sprained her ankle and wrist. I took her to Baylor Garland but they did not see it....her Dr. did several days later. So now we have a health care person helping her three times a day and a nurse is going by once a day to check her incision  The nurse will remove the staples this week. One of her Dr.'s told us this week that in his opinion she could have a heart attack at any time. The other said no. Very confusing. Went to a Wine show in Mr. Vernon last night (and today)  . This morning is the Antique Car show in Winnsboro which is always fun if anyone is out and running around. The car show is at 10:30 ....the wine show starts at 10:00 and runs until 5:00. If you go look for me sitting on the curb - at the car show not the wine show.  
Place: Richardson Comments: I knew if Richard posted it would bring out some interesting conversation! Heck, it even brought out Mike Dunn! Nice to hear you are outta that hospital & home. May you have a speedy & good recovery & hope you will hang out here a bit more. We read in the DMN a week ago that Dillard's in Collin Creek Mall will be closing soon! They gave a "No sooner than" and "No later than" date with a 6 week span. Don & I stopped by yesterday to ck it out. Oh my gosh, it looked like a Tuesday Morning the day after Thanksgiving!!  Empty shelves, piles of clothes everywhere & not a sales clerk in sight!!! One main ck-out upstairs & one downstairs. It was very disheartening to see Dillard's looking like that & to know it is closing soon. From the lack of product I think they'll be gone by Thanksgiving. Very sad. With Dillard's closing & Penney's in trouble, I'm very concerned about the future of this mall.
Place: California Comments: Well the Dr's really showed their ignorance this morning as they let me out of this stupid hospital, Thank God!! I am home and feeling better although weak and on more drugs than I can count. Thanks for the prayers and warn wishes from those who contacted me!
Place: Calif. Comments: Jack, I had a similar episode. I had to lay-off a guy and told him he was being replaced with a machine. It wasn't his week....his wife told him the same thing.
Place: 66erville Comments: Sam, why not invite Marvin and Shirley to stop by the mini? Tell him I ran into Curtis Starnes awhile back. Richard, When I was between marriages, I was talking to a lady at a bar one night. She told me she already had a boyfriend and he was the perfect man. His name was Bob. She said she came to bars to remember how bad men were and to meet women in order to have an intelligent conversations. After several drinks she confided in me that Bob stood for Boyfriend on batteries |
