Place: Lake T Comments: Yes indeed Sandy. I have to practice with my arm in a sling for several days prior to surgery. This will let the Dr. know what durable medical equipment I'll need post surgery. Beer and Grilling might be an issue. Looks like I'm going to need lots of practice the next two weeks.
Place: Richardson Comments: Sammy - So sorry you're having to have yet another surgery. Will pray for a successful surgery and quick healing. It'll be a little tough grilling and holding your beer with only one good arm won't it? Take care my friend!
Place: West Tawakoni Comments: Friends, I posted on Facebook today. I'll be having a right shoulder replacement surgery on Friday, June 26th at Presbyterian, Dallas. Dr Wayne Burkhead is the orthopedic surgeon. He has a very impressive bio and Sarah and I were at ease during my initial consult. His staff has kept in constant contact with me. I'll be in the hospital at least one night and possibly two, arm sling for three weeks and immediate physical therapy the day after surgery. Dr Burkhead is a firm believer in self physical therapy at my house. I can go to a physical therapists office in Quinlan if I want to. Sarah and I covet your prayers.

Cathy's services will be @ 2pm Thurs June 4th @ Church of the Incarnation on McKinney Ave, Dallas. Visitation will be @ Restland from 6-8pm on Wed June 3rd. Restland web site has all the information. Thanks once again for your support, this is not easy to do.
