Place: Richardson Comments: There you go Jack! How could anyone forget you! Margaret sent the nicest email the other day and I asked if it was OK to post it here. She's a remarkable lady. Below in blue is her email and I only removed her personal address and pho #. If you would like it, please let me know as she would love to hear from you. Hello Sandy, I taught for two years at SOC following my graduation from SMU from 1964-1966. My maiden name was Margaret Houser, and I taught primarily the Typing I classes. I have kept up with your website for at least 5 years, maybe longer. I moved back to my hometown in 1974, and to marry my best friend from long ago. We have been married for 41 years now. I was a business teacher in a high school for a total of 38 years. I started at SOC on manual typewriters, and ended here in Corpus Christi as a computer/accounting teacher. After I left SOC, I taught 8 years at W. T. White in Dallas. Margaret Houser De Ville Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 margaretdeville@msn.com

Place: 66erville Comments: OK. I cleaned the grill so I'm ready to cook up the zucchini. Don and Barbara got the chicken covered. SNL, you getting the mashed potatoes from KFC? I remember the hotel chef said he would do the cakes in house. That leaves the rolls. Who'll do the rolls?

Place: The Woodlands, TX Comments: Memo to Dale Smiley: Dru and I were most inspired by how you celebrated your 46th wedding anniversary and we decided to follow your lead. I phoned Rancho Loma this morning to make reservations for our 46th. Laurie, the proprietor & chef, seemed most gracious. She inquired about the date reminding me they only serve on weekends. When I mentioned our 46th anny is in November 2040 the line went dead. Guess they have poor cellphone reception in Talpa? I'll try again this afternoon.
Place: Reunion Central Comments: As a point of interest regarding our site. The first month this new site came up (Jan) it had 3130 hits. As the Reunion draws closer it has increased each month. July had 3853 and as of a few minutes ago, there have been 4540 hits in Aug, and the day isn't over yet! Every time someone comes onto the site it reflects a hit. Guess we're getting a lot of lookers wanting to see Who's Attending the reunion and what's going on.

A very Happy Birthday to Charles Moss, Rusty Powers, Janie Jones and believe it or not . . . both Sam Smiths! Of course we always distinguish Sam R. Smith as the good-lookin' one and the other Sam M. Smith was the ex-cheerleader. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL OF YOU!!!
