Place: TX Comments: Sandy, I drove to Sanger, TX, this morning and visited with David Thomas. He said he and his wife still plan to attend the 70s party. Said he will send his money next week.

Place: Richardson Comments: Carol - I read about Judy & her husband being involved in that 3-car wreck caused by the driver that was texting. Geez, people just can't seem to stop looking at their phones while driving. They are very lucky not to be seriously injured or even killed.
Place: KC, MO Comments: For those who won't see this on Facebook - Jean and Judy (Stover) Taillac were involved in a three-car accident on Interstate 30 yesterday. (The accident was caused by a driver who was texting. ![[mad]](https://cdn.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/mad.gif "Mad - :mad:") ) Per Judy's Facebook post, their truck went down a 20-foot embankment but didn't roll. Jean and Judy have bruises and are sore, but thankfully they have no broken bones.Be careful, everyone - and watch out for "the other guy"! Love to all - Carol
Place: Richardson Comments: Who needs to go to the Wichita Falls Hotter 'n' Hell 100, we got it right here in DFW! Nuttin' but Hot & Sunny for the 10-day forecast with most days either 100 or 97 to 99. Anyway, come join us for a cool room with some good food and chocolate b-day cake on Sept. 22, 2018!! Carol's right . . . we're really not 70! But, all those older classes were having a b-day parties & as you know, our group will use any excuse to have a party!! So, come join the party on 9-22-18 at the Holiday Inn on Central, just 1 blk south of the Double tree on Campbell. It's 6 to 11 pm with an "after party" in the bar area! If you can't get the registration form to print, just send me your check. I'll call if I have questions.

Place: Richardson Comments: Got the Hughes check in the mail today. Ellyce & her sister aren't coming. She has to have shoulder surgery & will still be in a cast on the party date. However, still anticipating Richard's check and a few more. If you don't come . . . you'll regret it later. We're going to have a great time visiting and catching up on each others lives. We're all so busy, there will be lots to talk about. Come join us in a Celebration of Life & Friendship!

It's going to be a well-attended B-day Party! Currently we have 64 paid registrations. With Richard, Ellyce King & sister Linda and the Hughes "check's in the mail" promises it would bring the total to 69.And, I'm sure there will be another 6 or 7 who wake up in August and just realize we're having a party! Not that it hasn't been advertised on GB, FB and thru email since January. So, get off the "I'll do it later" fence and send those checks! If we fill-up to 80 or more here in next few weeks, I'll reserve a little more space. But remember, in the hotel business, money talks! First person to sign a contract & pay for a space gets it, if they already have it booked we won't be able to get more space. This party will be about Celebrating Life & Friendships!! Come join us.
