Chocolate Angel has a long big table over on the side, hopefully we can fill it with 10-12 people.Special Attn: Girls Luncheon on Dec 8 @ Chocolate Angel in Plano. It's inside the Antique Mall bldg. Let's say 11:00am and I'll make the reservation for 11:15. Anyone who is late should look for us at the table because we'll already be seated. Carol C. will be in town, so let's have a great meet 'n greet with her!

Place: Richardson Comments: Yesterday I had surgery to remove cataract on my R. eye. Yeah, now both eyes are done! Everything looked good this morning at my follow up visit! Hey SOC Girls - I've only gotten a response from 3 (Susan, Janice & Shortcake) about attending the Dec. 8th Luncheon. Of course Carl C. & I will be there. Let me hear from you by Dec 1 if you plan to attend. It's mandatory that I make RESERVATIONS at Chocolate Angel as it's a Saturday and they will fill up quick. Please respond here with an RSVP and I will reserves us a table according to the number attending!

Place: Richardson Comments: Paul-I'm glad you enjoyed the old photos. I've got more and will post soon. Tomorrow, 11-1, I'm finally having eye surgery on my R. eye. Been trying to have that cataract removed every since 5-30! Last week the Retina Specialist released me to have the surgery. Yeah!! So no computer work tomorrow.
Place: OK Comments: Great pix. Thanks Don and Sandy. Since I joined you all from Saudi Arabia in 1963 and then was gone again for so many years, this helps fill in my “history gaps.”
Place: Richardson Comments: For a little spark of good memories, I've created a photo page entitled "Early Days", it's under the main heading of Our Photos. The program started acting up so I had to quit but will post more soon.
Place: Richardson Comments: When the phone rings at barely 8:30am I know it's not good news. First, Speedy (Mike Harrison) called to let me know Nolan Lenamond passed away last night! Those of you from Zumwalt will know Noland & he went to SOC our Soph yr. He had emphysema and had been on portable oxygen for years. 2nd bad news - Speedy said his cancer came back and with a vengeance! When he and Myrna came to our Spring Mini they were celebrating him being declared Cancer Free. Their cruise was to celebrate it. But before they could go on the cruise he was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer and it's inoperable. He just completed the 3rd treatment hoping to put it into remission. Please remember Speedy & Myrna in your prayers! A tidbit of funny coincidences . . . On the 3rd day of the cruise Speedy came out of his cabin only to see Dale Smiley!! They spent the rest of the cruise having fun together. That's why both couples didn't come to the B-day party, they were booked on the same cruise!.
