Comments: Don L., I'm building a pool for a lady from New Orleans. Her husband is a retired Marine Lt. Col. She knew you, thought the Coast Guard staff were first class military folks. Moved to McKinney last year, lived in an area that did not flood.
Comments: Rick Watts - HELP! HELP! Wherever you are. I was getting dust bunnies from under my Hunt Chest and saw that one of the round ball legs was half eaten away and just raw wood there. When I investigated the problem, there are little holes all in the leg. How do I get rid of them?? It must be wood worms. If the eating continues, my 9 ft. antique will topple over. No one wants my help on song words. I thing that Marvin Gaye's song "Sexual Healing" is a great song. A couple of weeks ago my husband told me that the title of the song was "Sexual Feeling." Go figure that all these years I've had the name wrong.
Comments: Ms Linda P., Ms. McM, as a professional ladies shoe advisor with Baker's we were told to insure every customer left the store satisfied. We put a 6.5 into a 6.0, told them they looked great, gave a smile, and took a peek. All expected it, and were disappointed if they didi not get one. All women love to be admired. There is a reason little boys want to play hide and seek on the play ground. Peek-a-Boo

Comments: Good SB from Ms Sparks wonderful performance of the National Anthem, Tom Petty's cool half-time performance and of course the hard fought game!! Great Game, sorry Ada Ann ... I know you're disappointed ... but it went down to the wire & will be one for the record books! Can you imagine the welcome home the Giants will get!!!!
Comments: That was one of the better Super Bowl games I've watched in a while. Hard fought, hard won & low scoring. I wasn't really sure which team was gonna pull it off til the clock finally ran out. Hell of an effort on both sides.  One of my former CG buds e-mailed to remind me tonight that his Dolphins remain the only undefeated team in NFL history. He didn't qualify it by specifying their '72 season, when they had a 17-0 record. But, I know what he was referring to, so I won't mention this past season record of 1-15. 
Comments: Dear Ada, It is only a game. Tom Petty was good!! And, honestly, the only "winners" are the players and the owners. It is all about money making--my husband tells me that when he was in college in Boston the team was the BOSTON patriots--did they change their name just to have a larger following? Now, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with making money--just something wrong with having any loyalty to a professional team who could pick up and move whenever! Look at the Dodgers!! many New Yorkers haven't gotten over that one!! And our mayor wanted a stadium in midtown which we vetoed. So, who knows, maybe the Giants will move from new jersey to new hampshire. i do like the NY Yankees, though--maybe I will re-think that--oh, and the Cowboys! And of course the LONGHORNS, right Annette? (not professional). love sally PS more worrisome is the COMPLETE lack of snow-- not one quarter of an inch this winter--getting worried. I want snow!!
