Comments: Buddy, thanks for posting note about Mickey O'Riley passing. Do you ever sleep??? The info I got from '65 is this: 2-15-47 thru 1-31-08. He had a massive heart attack! He was fine & talking with friends via email just a day or so before the heart attack. His services were yesterday, 2-4. He & his family lived in Round Rock, TX. I'm so sorry Buddy, I didn't know you & Mickey had been close friends. He was well liked by his class & it was a shock to everyone! JD--In the '65 directory it shows "Rocke Ramsey". Maybe Rocke was his real name & everyone called him Rocky?

Comments: On 1/31/08 Mickey O'Riley passed away. Mickey was in the class of 65. I had an apartment with Mic for 2 years. In last email 1/23/08 he was so proud of his son as a fireman, daughter,and 2 grand kids. Mickey was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star which he never talked about. I can not cover all the good times we had golf, poker, chasing girls, running from girls but a sad time for him was Rock Ramsey's "65" funeral. I think the war came back and he didn't see it was coming losing such a close friend.(knowing he was one of the lucky ones) Rocky was killed in Vietnam. Mickey Sr was responsible for helping me start a career and if you knew the O'Riley's you had some good down home friends. Mickey was someone if you knew him you will not forget him

Comments: New tech stuff...at least for me. I'm using Yahoo Instant message for the first time. With a webcam & microphone, you can have a free unlimited computer to computer call with live video. It's quite remarkable. All free download stuff. Maybe all of you know about this and I'm just behind the times. Even with my laptop's built in webcam it works just fine....easy way to stay in touch with the grandones in real time.

Comments: Pool Guy - I'm trying to recall who that Marine LtCol is, from N'Awlins, but coming up blank. I retired over there in '96, so he was probably a Cpt or Maj back then. We may have worked together as military Mardi Gras parade coordinators. Pls drop me a name when you get a chance. JS - It sounds a bit morbid to send off your resume to play the part of corpses on TV & in movies. But if 'Dr. G - Medical Examiner' gets to work on you, be sure she puts your name or initials on the toe tag, so we'll recognize you. I trust you won't become a 'Darwin Award' winner for extra realism - it doesn't pay as well, but we'll eventually see your name in the annual top-10.
