Comments: Dale u crack me up brother can't till all the fun starts on the 5th. it will be good to see u again
Comments: Buddy, I didn't mean to indicate that you would cheat..... BUT McGee said once you hit a hole-in- one and put down a ZERO on the scorecard ??? See ya on the 5th
Comments: Sandy, When a golfer hits toward someone in front of them on the course they actually warn the person by shouting "Fore" as in you folks beFORE me better watch out. It's often a last minute shout when you think your ball might strike someone so the custom was instituted to warn with the abbreviated version. Buddy, I know you were threatening to put vasaline on your opponents gripes but I will be checking to see that the faces of your clubs are not also doctored so you get maximum spin. Dirty trick but it works.
Comments: RN - plug in http://www.chu65nang67.us/nam/vietnam.html for more Janis and 100's others. Palmer did have an eye pleasing backdrop Butterfingers- I had Logan in check today; vasline on his grips; shoe laces tied together on the drives; but when I had him shooting at the wrong green I thought he was going to put the handcuffs on me. u let me down pardner. I did my part tying Logan up while u let COLD CASH Dagley roll in the pars on carrie over money holes Sandy Mc -4 is better saying than other 4 letter words on bad shots
Comments: Oooohhh Richard, now I remember why in the late 60's & early 70's I thought Tom Jones was so HOT!!! Oh La La he was so sexy!! Oh yeah . . . Janis was always great. Thanks for some very good memories!!!And John you have a good one too. I can see why you might like that Robert Palmer video!! And I don't think it was because he was a sharp dresser!! ![]() You guys have great taste in music videos!!
Comments: Whew, Richard, - I was afraid you were going to link us to someone like Nancy (Boots Were Made For Walkin') Sinatra. I was much relieved to see your choice and agree she is a Legend of that era. One of my favorite videos from the late 1980's features the late Robert Palmer and a gaggle of leggy zombies: http://youtube.com/watch?v=M3geoXOdnJQ You gotta admit he was a snappy dresser and had the ultimate backup singers.
Comments: Southworth (and anyone else) since you're a music connoisseur, follow this link. After all these years, we forget just how good she was. http://youtube.com/watch?v=8ib2b4BOZIQ
Comments: I can't believe you guys played golf with lighting rods in your hands today. It poured down here. Why does a golfer holler four when a ball is out of control. Why doesn't he just holler watch out?
Comments: Anyone playing in the Golden Bear Open should consider adding Lurker Dagley to their team. The boy hit some boomer drives, made a few putts, and has a shifty foot wedge. Bay Watch Capps says his name should be Cold Cash Jackson. He's a ringer looking for a game.
Comments: Ronnie Mc- We all can find a little HEAVEN on earth - (hope and joy) from the Man of Galilee ---bottom line
Comments: Well, Happy Jack, maybe we will find all of our friends in heaven!!!! Actually, all of this talk of heaven and the book 90 Minutes in Heaven got started when I suggested it to Ada. It is a very comforting book for someone who is losing a loved one...or for someone looking to be inspired by a remarkable man (the author). Looking forward to seeing everyone at the June get-together.
Comments: Dang it KMG, you and I must not be on Toni's "Friends" list either!!
Comments: WELL!!! I guess I know where I stand. I didn't get a letter or any stamps from MS. TRJ. Am I the only one not on the friends list?? Once again Toni, you have broken my heart!! As a "friend" once a long time ago said to me about me, Ronney, "Hell, Jack, we all want to go to heaven, but you'd rather be with your friends". I still got high hopes (and plans) but am not in any hurry to find out what the answer is. For right now, I'm happy where I am. Even though I am broken hearted......
Comments: As a matter of fact, we send out a cute letter to all of our clients/associates/friends each time the postage increases...sending them several pages of 1 or 2 cent stamps! Our clients love that effort!
Comments: Okay, so I didn't catch the news bulletin. I didn't think it was "months ago" when they went up to 41 cents and I bought my last book of stamps the day before the increase and had to go back for one cent stamps then as well. A simple sign on the stamp machine saying "go ahead and get one cent stamps today since we are hiking the price again tomorrow" would be really helpful. |
