Played for Coach Mays at SOC and signed LOI with LSU and has now decided that UCLA can "showcase" his talents better. LSU says they don't want anybody there that doesn't want to be there.

I was reading USA today and came across an interesting story:

USA Today 14 May, 2008
6C
High School Star M'Mison Morgan was given a release from the scholarship he signed with LSU, according to the new coach Trent Johnson.

Morgan, a 6-10 275-pound center will go to UCLA because of the LSU coaching change, according to his mother, Bianca Morgan.

Why is this an interesting story...the first to get the answer correct wins 2 free drinks on June 7th.

OMG--so sorry Toni I completely forgot about the pink stuff???  Did you join the group in the beginning?  Wow, this geezer senility is scary.  I ALWAYS associate you with FUN though.

Okay, now I'm sad....Annette, you and Yuvonne didn't remember that I was a part of that group too!  Remember the dance routines we did in the hot pink sweatsuits?

While you boys were out "playing"---the lovely Mrs. Dale Smiley and I were having a blast re-living all the old good times going WAY WAY BACK IN THE DAY!

What a blast it was to spend the day with Yuvonne.  We felt like we were back in Zumwalt again with our "Blue on Blues" singing girl group that consisted of Ann Del Regno, Diane McCord, Margaret Burgin, Faith Sorenson, Yuvonne, and me.  We were the bit "hit" of the Kiwanis circuit---glad we don't have a film of that!

Sandy Lynn, I hate to report that due to the recession, I was recently layed off from my juicy job as Dale Smiley's "wingman".

At first he was going to outsource the position to some turban-wearing fellow in Mumbai (formerly Bombay). Then Dale got the bright idea to just eliminate the middle-man.

Now he simply makes a direct call to the "escort service". He tells me Thursdays are "senior day" and he gets a 15% discount. Yuvonne thinks he's at the golf course.

That's a funny thought Jack.  After watching "How I Met Your Mother" all last season & again this year . . . the question is, Do we all have a "Wingman" or a "Winggirl"???   I think so!  You're right, Toni's is KRL.  Mine is Barbara!    How 'bout the rest of you??

Anyone else care to share theirs . . . !!!!

Scattrershooting while wondering what has happened to Shortcake.  Did she and Bobby rob a bank, fill up the new RV and take it on a trip?? OR did that new computer with Vista lock up, close down and refuse to be booted??
Toni, where is your winggirl?

I think I get the message.    Heading off to a engineering (maintenance) conference.  By the time the week is over, I'll have a duster in one hand and a wrench in the other.  Yesterday was Housekeeping.    Boy, I'm going be smart....on second thought maybe just over worked.

Budman, you did keep the Cuffman in check, I had problems with Short Backswing Cold Cash Dagley. The boy could be a back nine star at the G.B. Open.
Prof. Smiley, the golf tourney will be a scramble format. You best look to partner with some seedy guys to win. Dagley tried to turn in his card yesterday with an 18. Leave your Bible at home.

Ms.McM, the golf Gods look down upon the mature super stars with favor, except when putting a 4 ft. putt. The word Fore is the Southern Baptist version of the word Screamed frequently by the fools I play with.
