Comments: Memo To Jack Hawkins: Jack, Dru and I watched the entire Oscar ceremony. It was cheaper than a night at the real movies. I thought Hugh Jackman did an exceptional job as the host. The only movie we'd seen of those nominated was The Visitor, which I really enjoyed (even though it lacked flying bullets, severed limbs, and frontal nudity). It was depressing to discover that Heath Ledger's Oscar win was a bitter reminder that even the deceased are accomplishing more than me.
Comments: Happy Birthday to Miss Eileen and Mr. Bovie. Hope that you have a great day as it is a beautiful day in the neighborhood today. Bovie, do you wear garters? And if you do, do you shave your legs? Just wondering.
Comments: HB to Eileen as well...hope your day is great. And a special hello to Mr. Ford, Ms Donna Rexroat, Mr. McMillan & Ms Macon...please don't be strangers...this is our main line of communication...and even though lots of our friends here make fun of some of us...it's still great to hear their thoughts...LOL!
Comments: HEY BOTOX I hope your B-Day is as wonderful as you are a person. Did I write this in Pink...oh I'm sorry! I know you don't want anyone to know that you wear PINK BOXERS! LOL LOL
I did not mean to do this but I believe it is wonderful to know that if Mr. McGoo is correct...you are a year older. And all this time I thought our Mothers conceived 8 days apart...now I find out you are my older brother! What a bummer!
Have a good day my friend...even if your BOTOX TREATMENTS make you look better than the rest of us...we love you anyway!
Comments: Happy Birthday wishes to Eileen and Bovie!!! Good to hear from Virginia, Lamar, Donna and Robert. Don't be strangers, join in often. That picture of the footballers must have been taken early in the day, most of them could still stand!!! Well, Slumdog Shovel, how'd you like the Oscars?? We didn't watch. Anybody else??
Comments: Happy Birthday to Eileen Sandifer and Bovie Browning. Is Bovie turning 62 or 61 ???
Comments: Don L., hard to believe the old fool is 62 (Botox Kid). For gift shopping, he is registered at Victoria Secrets. Charlene says he favors the soft pastel colors, they favor his calm, quiet, demeanor. Size 30W.
Comments: H a p p y B i r t h d a y wishes go out to Bovie 'Botox Kid' Browning, on 2/23! Sure hope you have a great one, Bovie, & that we’ll see you again at the next mini in June. Til then, best regards! (Thanks for the tip, 'Cheezy Birdy'! P. S. - Beware of any suspicious gathering of golfers who pretend to be friendly - rumor has it they may be planning to dye your hair pink & take you trolling! ![]()
Comments: When looking at the football players in the photo on the MISC pg, you'll probably notice we're missing 4 significant people from our class. Harvey Bass, Richard Keathley, Larry Reid & Jim Stoehr! They left us too soon, may they rest in peace! And yes, Smokey is missing, but he's still alive & well. He's busy helping to run the government & couldn't make it. Apparently Roe Burrow & Gary Steel couldn't make it either. It's a great picture of our 66 & 67 players & they had a fantastic time Saturday watching all the games!!! Rod, those two Grandones of yours are so photogenic!!! I know you're proud of them!
Comments: Good to see all the new names posting - Lamar, Virginia, Robert & Donna - pls visit often & note the 'Events' page for details of the next mini-reunion in June. Robert - Sorry to hear that your mother isn't doing well, but as Donna mentioned, glad that she's still with you. I've thought of a thousand things to ask my folks, particularly about our genealogy, since they passed.
Comments: H a p p y B i r t h d a y wishes go out to Eileen Sandifer, on 2/23! If you’re lurking out there, Eileen, sure hope you have a great one & that we’ll see you at the next mini in June – take care!

Also have a once-in-a-lifetime photo on the Misc pg! Our 16MM film project is about to wrap-up. On Sat a grp of ex football guys frm '66 & '67 got together to few the film that had been converted to DVDs. They were able to order copies of their football days! What a great opportunity! My heartfelt Thanks to Buddy Capps and Sandy McGee for being instrumental in making this all happen! It was a true consorted effort by all involved. I love you both! And yes Buddy, you'll have to come to the party on 6-13 to collect!!
