...Ronney, I tried to serve the candy snakes to my grandsons last Thanksgiving....they ran the other way!  They, after all, do take after their Nanny.

BLB -- I'll be praying for Sarah, and that the tests are negative for cancer.

Miss Sandra -- I need to talk to you.  When 3 yr. old Lauren says to her Poppy's question asking her about the name of the rabbit, "Why in the heck do you want to know?"  Needless to say, he didn't think she would have a reply like that. Little kids are a "wonder."

This morning on eBay, a new piece of SOC memorabilla appeared.

It is a 10" by 27" color photo of the Senior Class of 1966. Opening bid appears to be $35.00. It is offered by a seller in Plano.

To locate the item on eBay, go to www.ebay.com and enter "south oak cliff" in the search box.

I shall try not to bid the price up too high.

Ada Ann, Fantastic!!!  Tmo is your last radiation trtmt!!  I know it couldn't come soon enough for you!  Just think - tmo is April 1st and only 13 days until Sophie is due to be born!!  Are you still planning to head to CO to be with them when she is born or shortly thereafter?

My prayers will continue until you have finished beating the cancer and feeling good again!  We may be far apart, but you are always in my thoughts and prayers.

Ada, I think of you often and lift you up to God with prayers.  We are miles apart but you're close to my heart.  (Look at that!  I'm a poet!)

Ada - We can keep-up our thoughts & prayers indefinitely, while you bravely continue your fight.

Besides, you have another reunion to get ready for!

Tomorrow is the last day of my 28 days of radiation....WOOHOO!  The chemo pump will be unhooked on Thur AM.  Surgery is set for May 11 and after 4 weeks will start chemo again.  All of your thoughts, prayers, cards, calls, etc have been heartwarming...thank you so much.

Jerry - Major congrats to you & Joyce in finally being tagged with the big 'G' word!  Glad to hear mom, dad & twins are all doing fine.

Don't worry about running late - we're still waiting.  But, this Oct. looks like it may take a turn our way, as my stepson, Chad, & wife Meredith in Dallas, GA (near Atlanta) are expecting.
