Do you guys ever think of anything else? Karen MD -- Me too, on learning new stuff; and I hate to read directions. That's what men are ffor. Somehow, I've already deleted (accidently) 90% of the music off my iPod and I don't know how I did it.
Comments: Pool Guy - Major congrats go out to the proud grandparents, parents & siblings - very good news to hear all are fine. By now, you must have a full team line-up, plus enough subs to go around - ?

Comments: Mayor Finger-Con-grad on little Fingers. The Red Raiders will be looking at that 3rd baseman in the year 2027. So that gives Grandpa time to teach Grant how to stroke an inside curve ball without a bail out, that we had to witnessed in 1966. I am back in the saddle this week. I will be ready to take your beer and folding money. the budman
Comments: Congratulations McGee!!! Looks like you've added another position to your G-kid baseball team!!
Comments: Yep, got another beautiful, healthy, little guy. He and Mom are doing fine. Grant Jacob looks like a third baseman with soft hands like his Papaw. Happy Jack, me, Mayor of McKinney? First order of business, free golf and cold beer on Thursdays for residents. No taxes, speed limits, and the Stonebridge Ranch Beach pool is topless. Botox, Baywatch, Cable Guy, and Dandy Don are the life guards. Prof. Smiles will take the tickets. Wanna live in McKinney?
Comments: Congratulations McGee on another fine grandson.

Comments: WELL, GREAT SCOTT!!!!!! Betty McKee (what a wonderful last name!!!! Good to hear from you. I haven't heard from you since we were in school. Everyone was always asking if you were my sister, cousin.....and even wife. haha! Happy Birthday! And, I hope you will made a date to come to one of our get-togethers. Would love to see you again. Charlotte and Charles, Happy Birthday to you, too!
Comments: Thanks Jack. I really respect your opinion and I appreciate the input. If I don't hear any more negative input about the Apple, maybe we will go with that (even though I HATE learning new things
Comments: Happy Birthday Charles and Charlotte!! While everybody else seems to be having fun with your question, Karen, I will give you my 2 cents. I have decided that the next computer I buy will be a Apple. You remember the troubles Shortcake had with her new computer and Vista. The next version from Microsoft is just Vista light. Doesn't eat up as must memory to run, but still a nightmare with plenty of bugs. I am still getting up dates and patches for XP and still sometimes get the blue screen of death. I have one patch Microsoft KEEPS sending me that will not load. Microsoft's answer is to go to the service forum and get help. The latest version of Explorer they want to down load is the beta version and still has bugs. They want their customers to be the de-buggers. I haven't messed with an Apple since the early days when I worked for the first Commodore dealer and Apple was the ONLY other choice, but it is hard to find an Apple owner who has bad things to say about them. I'm will to give Apple a shot. I understand that MOST of the major common programs will now run on an Apple. |
