Comments: Hawkins, My doctor diagnosed me last week with anorexia-dyslexia. That's where you think you are real, real thin..... but you have it backwards.
Comments: My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sadness!
Comments: Sorry Ronney, I know what your name is. Sometimes my fingers mis-spell. I think they are dyslexic.
Comments: Ronnie, So sorry for your loss. Buddy it appears it was a good thing that you could only listen to your big game. If you were watching you might have tore your eyes out. What happened??
Comments: Ronnie, may God comfort your family in this time. My prayers are with you. "To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord"
Comments: Ronney, my prayers are with you. It sounds like not only was she a big part of your life, but you were also very important to her. The Lord will guide you in making the decisions that you must make. Love you!
Comments: SAD evening tonight. My Aunt Mildred Atkinson, who has been living at Grace Presbyterian Village, had a massive stroke while the retirement home residents were having an Octoberfest celebration. She is now in a comma at Baylor Hospital. The doctor said they can do nothing for her. She is on a respirator now, but I, having medical power of attorney, did not order her taken off the respirator. I know my aunt and uncle in Florida (who also have medical power of attorney) want to get here to see her first. The resporator is doing all of her breathing, and she is completely unresponsive. She half raised me and has always been like a second mother to me. She and her late husband had no children and considered me to be their child. I am deeply sad tonight. I cannot imagine life without her. She was my dad's little sister. She is 89 years old and has early stages of Alzheimers. This is as emotionally hard as when I lost my parents!
