OK, I took pics of my house as it's snowing.  And it's still coming down heavy as I speak.  I love when it snows like this & it's 34* so the streets aren't bad but all the lawns & trees are covered!  Don thought I was crazy out there all bundled up taking pictures!  But I get so excited when it snows!  Click the link below to see for yourself what it looks like in Richardson, TX!

Thanks for letting us know about the GB being down. When I got home last night my computer had rebooted. Microsoft had "updated" something on it and caused it to restart. Then there was a problem getting on the Verizon home page so I went to our site, which seemed OK. When I tried to get to the GB, it didn't load. Same with the 63 site. Now I know why, except for the Verizon site (who knows why??)
WOW what power Leftnell has!!! Her getting on the net can crash several sites at at time!! LOL
Guess several of us have been over to the 65 site and seen Smokey's comment........Think he forgot the people with who and year he graduated?

Sumpin' like that Jack.  "The Guestbook" which is the one we first used for several yrs, sent Lynell a msg saying when their contract expired it wouldn't be renewed as they were Going out of Bus!  She went ahead & switched since she no longer had confidence it was safe to keep using it.

But here's the funny thing, I gave her our GB info Sat at the lunch and told her how reliable it was & I liked the site.  She went on-line with it yesterday & last night it went down for several hrs!!  64 also uses The GB, so they'll have to find a replacement too.

GLOBAL COOLING, GLOBAL COOLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it is snowing in North Texas for the 2nd time this winter.
This is proof of global cooling.

SNL what's the inside story on the 63 site change??  Did their host all of a sudden go belly-up and leave them homeless??

ATTENTION - It appears after the GB went down & came backup a quirk has happened! It is asking for you to type in the weird looking character verification before it will let your post appear.  I did not enable that option!  I will t/w them as soon as they open & see what has happened .

In the mean time, you'll have to type the code to be able to post.

Snow is coming down hard now.  It's so pretty I'm going to have a hard time working today, I just want to look at my window!

Happy Jack, as Al Gore drives the Belt Way this week in D.C., does he wonder if we will continue to believe his Global Warming story? If he would pop his head out of the Limo, he would find out.

Oh my gosh!!!  Got up this mrng to snow all over the ground, trees & shrubs!!!  Beautiful.  It's still coming down but it's 34* here in Richardson so it may not stay too long.  We had snow Christmas Eve but nothing like this.  About 2" on ground now & snow still falling.

Yes, for those inquiring minds that want to know . . . the GB went down about 2 hrs last night, it wasn't your computer!

Sally, it warms up here to when it snows too! (?!?)  It's called a fireplace!!!

We have coyotes in our neighborhood during the summer months.  We've had about 3 or 4 walk across our backyard and driveway as though they were on a Sunday stroll!  As long as they keep on going and not make the mistake of stopping to visit my cavaliers!  I heard a report on the radio this morning about the coyote epidemic in this area.  Seems they are everywhere!

Richard, I thought you were going to say the room was filled with a lot of wild jack a**es.  There are many of those here also.
We get out of work at three today--SNOW finally.  Yes, I walk unless it is too rainy.  It is actually warm when it snows--just barely freezing usually.  We are like a bunch of kids waiting for Santa.
We do need Dale and Yuvonne. I think there is a pack of coyotes in Central Park but  not sure where they live.

Speaking of Bob Cats, I was in my drive way on Monday at 7 PM when a very large Bob Cat ran the length of the drive way about 15 feet from it and then into the woods. He looked at me but didn't appear afraid.
