Comments: Richard N., keep SNL's address. The next time they take a weekend trip, Bay Watch Capps and I are planning a party for the Da Bear Golf Group. The good time might be worth the plane ticket. I think they keep Bud Light in the fridge and have a great Media room. Dandy Don Lincoln and Cheezehead Garoutte are in, how about you?
Comments: Thanks for the Birthday wishes
Comments: The amount of snow in Dallas is all the news out here...seems you broke all kinds of records. So, SNL, which one of you keeps that walk cleared? And looking at that house, I don't know how the two of you squeeze into it. One other item, the spelling of that street is different than the donations page address: "Asbury", vs. "Ashbury"...at least on some maps.
Comments: I hope all of you are getting dug out and your electricity back on. You can borrow our shovels, snow blower and generator! KMD....your grandones are wonderful. Of course, Sophie has a picture of Luke in her room. I don't go back on a brokered deal...all of the kids will just have to understand that.
Comments: It sounds like fireworks going off. There are trees all over the neighborhood splitting, falling. Just had a large branch fall on the house, talk about a wake up call!!! Pretty scary. Hotels without power, as is half of Duncanville. And the snows still falling.
Comments: The snow is really beautiful today. I was home with hubby Mike as he was diagnosed with pneumonia this morning at the doctor's office. He is doing good now that he has the right medication. Thanks SNL and Toni for the kind comments on the grandones. They do make us proud. Ada Ann, be sure and show Luke's pic to Sophie as I do think they could make a cute couple in 20 years. lol
Comments: It was seriously funny! Jeez, SNL I think I still recognize '66. Maybe I was in my cougar state of mind. ![]() Linda, do you think that was a compliment?
Comments: No way... I wdn't McMakin! The GB had some glitches last nite & this mrng so it cd hve disappeared. Sure you posted on our GB??
Comments: Did I get deleted? I posted earlier this morning and it's not on here!
Comments: SNL, what great pics of your home and the snow. Your new place is spectacular. While we won't be getting any snow down south here, rest assured that by late April we'll have 4 inches of mosquitos!
Comments: I'm happy to inform you they have corrected the problem with us having to use those squiggly weird characters for verification!
Comments: Sally - send a pic out your window at Columbia or of Central Park. Take one while walking to or from work! Ok, I've only got snow pics from 2 people! Before dark or in the morning, take a pic of your house or yard & send to me. Give me your City & State & I'm gng to post all of them Sat morning! Will be fun to see what other classmates see out their windows. I KNOW many of you are not working tda - so go take a picture!
Comments: I don't have a front yard!! But I will send pictures of the park and/or the church Look at these online at the New York times also --I have chosen one at Columbia to start --there are a zillion picturese here-- I even sent one in to try this out! http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2010/02/10/nyregion/user-snow-photos.html?hp#/36272/
Comments: It's in the 50's again today, no snow now or in sight for the valley here. They are forecasting snow for the weekend in the Cascades, good news for the ski resorts.
Comments: I kinda thought I'd get that response... but I thought it wd be frm JD!!!! |
