Comments: Wellllllll actually James was there!!!!!
Comments: Shortcake you are such a story teller. I know you didn't send me an invitation. You probably gave mine to my nephew, James and NOT with instructions to pass it on to me. You never have wanted me to be around Toni. Well, I hope you all had a good time!!!
Comments: By the way Jack, we did miss you at Toni's retirement party! I just figured that with the 300 or so people celebrating out at Cowboy Stadium that I just missed seeing you guys. I am really really sorry - your invitation must have gotten lost in the mail - the lobster was really great - sorry you missed it! ![]() ![]() (feel the love sweetie - feel the love)
Comments: Toni...congrats...I too am looking at retirement...but next February...enjoy your time.
Comments: I'm retiring sometime in the next ten years.
Comments: Shortcake - was it the "oldest" or the "dearest" part you had a problem with?
Comments: Rod I too pass on the Dr Manning. Like I said the other side of the coin from Rev Wright. Like the Beatles song evolution not revolution. Then again I was never a follower of Rev Manning till it was political suicide
Comments: Hey I resemble that remark - and I was going to take her to her absolute favorite place but they could not believe that she retired so they shut down!!!!!
Comments: No, Happy Jack.....Shortcake is just not tall enough to get the top shelf booze!
Comments: Congrats on retiring, Toni. You know, not too long ago, it was (is) customary to celebrate when someone retired. Usually that person's BFF would throw a shindig, serving only the finest foods and top shelf liquors showing to all how happy she was that her friend retired and would now be available to spend her days running around in the joy of carefree retirement. Guess they just don't make friends like that any more.
Comments: Gee thanks Buddy but I think I'll pass, maybe you can find someone more open to that sermon than me. I'm sure you must have a friend or two who cold really use it, but I appreciate the thought.
Comments: I honestly appreciate the fun with VWV...but I still don't eat oriental food...it's just that it doesn't digest very well with me and it turns my brain into more than mush...which is where it usually is anyway. SNL...I did have a VW Beetle at the time and left it in Dallas during my tour. So when Mary Ann, RN, Kathy and I have dinner in AZ...probably the 24th...you can bet your bottom dollar that if RN wants me to join him for Oriental of any kind...I will have him arrested by Sheriff Joe and sent on his special ORIENTAL EXPRESS...down to the border and beyond. BTW...RN>>>I really don't care about seeing you...we could easily talk over the phone...it's Mary Ann I want to see!!! LOL ![]() ![]() ![]() |
