Comments: Susan - Major congrats on a successful procedure. Hoping these next coupla months will be enough recovery time for all-hands personal welcome back in June at the mini. Richard - Jack meant to be more specific, wondering if anything is cracked or broken. Hell, we're 'boomers' - lotsa stuff is cracked & broken. Just hope yours isn't the kind that threatened life or property. John - Welcome back, as well. Your b'day is over & so is Lent. So, practice doing your taxes well & get ready for more - we're all a threat to the solvency of everything social program in existence! Kathy & I teamed up with her niece, husband & daughter (who live nearby) this past weekend for a wildflower ride in the hill country. Folks, it's a 'bumper crop' this year & the bluebonnets are near peak bloom. Unless you've taken in some of your own elsewhere in TX, recommend getting your cooler, camera & heading out before they're gone, probaby by the end of this month. I'll send some pix & SNL can post, if she wants. Although, Driftwood probably had a pretty good showing while visiting the kiddos.

Susan S., it's wonderful to hear your surgery was a success. Don't try to overdo too soon and you will be back good as new before you know it.

We had a great time in Driftwood seeing the triplets & their new baby sister, Brooklyn. But, it's always nice to get back home to peace & quiet.

Comments: Easter was rather eggciting! We made Easter eggs with confetti in them.So, when you threw them,on contact the confetti would fly out all over the victim..It was a blast!! Still brushing it out of my hair.
Comments: Okay, I have to ask about Toni ... did she or did she not retire? I'm hoping this isn't some cruel April Fool's ploy. Thanks again for the nice birthday wishes. Next year I shall more carefully plan my Lent activities to avoid peculiar conflicts.

Comments: Hi, I'm in Driftwood & we just finished having BBQ from Salt Lick. We're tired, triplets will do that to you! Don & I taught the 3 kids how to ride their bikes without training wheels this afternoon!! Don took their training wheels off & the challenge was on! We're exhausted, but all 3 did it & were flying down the driveway yelling look at me Mimi. Such fun!!! Then we dyed Easter eggs. Great Day! Susan - Glad to hear you are home & the surgery was a great success. Continue to take it slow & recovery. Love you! Later gang, time to get the kids to bed & then I'm next. Pushing 3 kids on a bike until they get the hang of it is hard work for a grandma . . . but wouldn't trade it for anything!
Comments: OK, I'm back home everyone. Actually, I came home Wednesday after having the surgery Tuesday. Everything went well. Now all I have to do is get well. Thank you for all the prayers and good wishes. I'll check back later. Need to go back to bed now. SS
