Cheezehead, your measurement skills have ceased since you became a Damn Yankee. Everything is bigger and better in Texas. Add a 3 to those distances from the back tee box Big Boy.
Come join us in the BMF Golf Tourney in October. I'll get you a seat in Cable Guy Fugate's golf cart. He and Happy Jack Hawkins would love to be in your foresome.

Mr. McGee...your son Scott sounds like his Dad, never knows where the gball is going...but his distance must be great cause those 40 & 50 yarders you hit can't compete.

Sandy,
I agree with JAda. A week from now they won't remember what might have been laying around in the house. They will remember what happened while you were together.
I have found, however, that when things get hectic around here I occasionally have to give up either my mid-morning or afternoon nap. NEVER give up both. And it's not wise to miss the Kelly Rippa show two days in a row.
  Hope this helps.

SNL, Slow down.  Whatever doesn't get done just doesn't get done.  Hide things in the closet.....eat take out or pizza.  Those kids will love you no matter what.....just provide love to them and that is all that they will need.

Found out late yesterday Stephanie & Bert are coming up Sat morning so they can go to her 15th class Reunion.  They want us to keep all 4 kids!!  We're in the middle of hanging new curtains for our bdrm, rehanging the dining rm curtains & cleaning up all the area as Don repainted the dinning rm.  We have stuff everywhere!!  Needless to say we spent last night trying to clean up everything!   Tonite I gotta buy groceries.

Needless to say I didn't have time to post any pics last nite!    I will try to post 3 or 4 grp pics at lunch (depending on how work goes) & will do the rest after they leave on Sun.  It's been a busy wk . . .  Mon & Tue was Jury Duty in McKinney, Tue nite GNO, Wed was trying to get caught up & get out my rpts due on the first!  Now rushing to get ready for family to arrive!  I'll do the best I can, not enough hours in the day.  Maybe there are enough hours . . .  I'm just too tired to participate in all of them!!

Cable Guy Fugate, a check is in the mail to cover son Scott and myself for the BMF Golf Tourney. He hits the ball a mile and has no clue where it is going.
Also included is a request to not be paired with any of those Boude Story whinney cry babies. Those boys pout when they don't play well (which is often).

HAPPY DAY . . .  Do a little dance. . .   Chuck & Nolan won the bid very late last night !!!!!  New owners of our Rangers are Chuck Greenberg & Nolan Ryan!!!

As for the GNO. . .  Got all the pics & will post tonight.  KMD, at first I wasn't going to post the "late night" photo at the Cactus Club.  But, too many people saw us close down the place & you know the pic is going to surface sooner or later.

Please join us for The 2nd Annual Brandon Michael Fugate Memorial Golf Tournament

Saturday, October 9, 2010, benefiting The BMF Project.

The Old Brickyard Golf Course

605 North I-45   •   Ferris, TX 75125   •   (972) 842-8700

The BMF Project was started in memory of Brandon, who drowned at Lake Ray Hubbard November 29, 2008. It was conceived by Brandon's parents and brother, as a means to make the tragedy of losing a son and brother into something positive.

The BMF Project is a 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to raise funding and resources for search and rescue agencies to have the necessary technology, equipment, and training to effectively perform their jobs. We support not only the groups that worked so hard during the 29 days Brandon was missing, but the goal is to help as many Search and Rescue (SAR) organizations as possible in support of their efforts. Along with this, educating the public on the water safety and hazards that many are not aware and providing emotional support to families who go through a search and rescue event are functions of The BMF Project.

Entry Fee: $100.00 per player.

Deadline for payment: October 3,2010

Teams and individuals welcomed

Last night's GNO was great fun. SNL, I just sent you the few photos I had. You can tell I didn't know how to use the camera on the iPhone very well. You may not want to post the one of us later in the evening when we all dressed up and painted the town. (wink, wink...)

Jack, I just have a little pay-as-you-go phone in case of emergencies.  When I got it, both my parents lived out of town so I was frequently on the road and my husband wanted me to have the phone in case I got stranded somewhere.  I've been trying to pay more attention to it, but honestly, I just don't want to be that connected.  (OK, no 'disconnected' jokes!)
