She was a lovely and special young lady. Rick, thanks for the info about the tribute on Laurel Land's website. It was very moving. Also thinking of James Pulis' sister, Anita, and hope for a good outcome for her. On a happier note, How 'bout them Rangers?! History has been made and hope it continues to be made with a win over those @#$%* Yankees.

Comments: Time for some good news! Today is Linda Perkins Rich B-day!!! Happy B-day Linda!! The weather is beautiful, so enjoy your day & have Rudy take you out for dinner!!! Got a short IPho msg from DL, mostly expletives! Flooring project is pushing them to the edge! But he remembered Linda's B-day & sd to tell her Happy B-day!!
Comments: I went to the Laurel Land funeral home site and looked at the video made for Sue. It was very enjoyable, lots of pictures of her and her family.
Comments: I'm not sure what to say as this is a sad thing. Jim Young went back into the Laurel Land funeral home site to show someone Sue Ann Powell's photo and he saw where her Mom passed away Monday & the services are this Fri. My heart goes out to Bill, Sue Ann's brother, as he lost Sue ann on 9-15 & his Mom on 10-11.

Comments: Way to Go Rangers!!! Anita was the first best friend I remember my sister had. We would take Janice over to play with Anita and I remember hiding from James in the car!
Comments: Sorry to hear about Anita Pulis. She always had that beautiful porcelain complexion (like her moms) and was so sweet and talented. I will send prayers up for her and her family.
Comments: Thanks, Bobby, for trying to send the info on Eddie T. to us. I am still in shock at his passing. I can still see his smile. Like so many of us, I was hoping he would be able to attend one of our get-togethers. Guess I didn't really know just how sick the poor guy was. Had I known, I might have tried to find him and go visit. And, now we have lost Sue Powell. I had a secret crush on her when we were in Speech together. Didn't really know her very well, though.
Comments: Sorry to say that I most likely will not be able to attend the next get-together. Saturdays aren't that easy to get off from Brooks Brothers. I will try, though. |
