Place: Garland USA Comments: ....not at "my" house!! Sounds to me like Kathy has had you well trained for more years than you care to admit...lol.
Place: 66 Wisconsin Comments: Mr. Lincoln and all of my male counterparts in the 66 class...regarding my comment "HER HOUSE"...has another woman and or a gathering of women ever...and I mean ever made a statement to your wives that goes something like this..."Oh Kathy, I love what J.D. has done to your house!!!". Noooooooooooooooo my friend...it always goes like this, "Kathy you have done wonderful things to your house", or, Kathy, your house is so cozy and warm", or, on & on & on..."your house Kathy, or McM, SNL Toni, Shortcake, KMD, SS or any other member of the female version of our wonderful class of 66!!!!!! "IT'S YOUR HOUSE ! Gentlemen, that says it all! And, after my 2nd day, "on the job", please don't ever say that toilets are the worst to clean...because it's not, it's the shower!
Place: LV, TX Comments: JD - So, how's retirement treating you? I can't believe you got past Kathy or this group by referring to it as cleaning her house. Your heart's in the right place, not sure about your head, but your ass is gonna ache either way!

Place: 66erville Comments: Shame on you, JD. You should have called for advise. Glynda ONCE asked me to "dust". I told her I was glad to help. Went to the garage and brought in the leaf blower, fired it up and started to "dust". She kept yelling STOP, STOP so I did. She hasn't asked me since. Always agree to help, but do it on your own terms and with tools you are familiar with!!

Place: Richardson Comments: JD - You made me laugh so hard!!!  Sounds like you did a good job too, that's about the right amt of time!! Hate to break it to you guys . . but JD just found out why us girls complain about how hard it is to keep an entire house reasonably clean (including baths), do all the laundry, buy groceries, cook dinner almost every night . . . while holding down a full-time job!!   Ain't easy, is it girls!! We just make it look easy!!!! Kathy certainly jumped on that opportunity, she's probably still smiling like a Cheshire Cat!!!  JD - Call me, we can share cleaning tips. 
Place: 66 Wisconsin Comments: Gentlemen of the class of 66...I implore all of you not to make the same mistake I have made. I promised Kathy that I would clean her house...what a frigging mistake. Not that it was in bad shape...but I cleaned the living room, dinning room and the foyer. It took me 3 hrs and I now ache all over. Am headed to the bathroom to take Advil...that's really work...I have to find a better way. I may have made a mistake...
Place: Richarson Comments: Got in late last night from Hstn. Was so saddened to read on Em & GB that Tommy Barr's baby sister, Anita Davis, passed away. Glad Ada Ann was here to post info. Tommy- you & all of your family will be in my thoughts & prayers.

Place: NH Comments: From Tommy: These are the arrangements....... Arrangements for my sister Anita Davis Service is 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Jaynes Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park in Duncanville; Reverend Gregg Headley will officiate. Visitation is 6-8 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Place: SACHSE Comments: Ada, would you please email that address to me too? Tommy's family is really going through some tough times emotionally right now. Prayers for their loss and comfort and prayers for Tommy's upcoming surgery on Thursday to come through with flying colors, and for his mom's improved health.
