Haven't heard from JD in quite awhile. Hope he isn't killing himself in the maid business. JD, if you read this, you coming to the reunion?? Are you coming in town early? If so, when? You might be able to scare up a round of golf, if you still play. You might be able to get the Pool Guy out. He's dodged every attempt I've made to get him to play.

KRL-regarding the water fight victory . . .  it depends on Who's story you believe as to who won??!!!    Are you still believing everything Jack says?

Coasty Don - if you can't find them, we'll make you a new one.  Charles & I were trying to get as many back as possible so we'd have fewer to make this time around.  If I don't have someone's name badge by July 30th we will begin making new ones.   I heard from quiet a few people who said they were mailing their registration Tue & Wed so they could make the 6th postmark deadline & be in the drawing for the free room!  Sorry Jerry, looks like you're getting more competition!

Really did miss Gordy's party  wish we could have been there but since we had the kids we went to Kerrville....just got back last night.  Can't believe that Toni, SNL and the girls failed us!  I even gave Toni a few hints a couple of days before the party.

SNL - 45th registration check's in the mail & room reserved at the DT - Coasty's honor.  That should be your signal that everyone else must be finished with theirs.  I just didnt' want Tillery sweeping the early bird prize w/o competition.

One wrinkle - I still haven't found those badges, but will mail separately when the right box is opened.

Shortcake, you and Sandy Mc were surely missed at Gordy's 4th of July feast. Toni couldn't make up for y'alls absence and once again Bruce and I took a victory. We got almost as good as we gave. Sorry, no pictures available this year.  Karen MD, the reason SNL's hair stayed dry is that unlike you other ladies when shot in the face, she takes it, while the rest of you look down and get shot in the top of the head. Hence, wet hair.
Too Bad, So Sad, for all of you who didn't attend as Gordy announced that this is LIKELY his last year to host a 4th of July Party. Too many irons in the fire to keep going.  Gordy needs the rest.
All Y'all be sure to bring the grand-kids by to see Santa and his workshop at Christmas at Gordy's. It is unbelievable!! BE a part of the spirit of the season and bring an unwrapped toy for Gordy's charity work.

Love the washtub photo of Richard's grandone. She is so cute and looks like a little wood nymph.

Indeed the food and company were great at Gordy's 4th of July party yesterday. I do remember that at the previous party where SNL was mopping up water spilled in Gordy's house, that in fact, MOST of the water came from Gordy's own water cannon as he fired on all the girls IN THE BACK as we were bent over his tub refueling our water guns.

Great nostalgic clip Don L.

Few mins ago posted a new Grandone photo.  It's a little daring... some nudity invloved.  Take a peak at a real charmer!

Toni, I wasn't in the photo Bobby took in the front yard after we called a truce.  That may be what confused you.   At that time I was inside mopping up the water we got all over Gordy's floors!    Had a great time yesterday & enjoyed the company as well as some very tender brisket!!

SNL, I stand corrected.  I guess I was thinking that since your hair wasn't touched, you didn't participate.  I thought you and Glynda watched from the windows!

We really enjoyed Gordy's July 4th celebration.  For those who could not make it, you really missed something special.

FYI Gang - Our wireless network will be out of order / OOC / TU / FUBAR (get the idea) for about 24 hrs beginning tomorrow around lunch time due to technical upgrades for Kathy's home office.

Since I'm downstream from her master connection (I'm her slave), I'll be w/o e-mail, internet, etc.  Please hold e-mails or omit me from distribution lists til further notice.  Will check-in when restored.

Nite!

I beg your parden!!!  I didn't sit anything out.  My T-shirt & shorts were soaked.  In fact Sandra kept asking me how come my hair wasn't wet but my T-shirt was soaked?  I told her . . .  Look who's doing the shooting, you know where the boys aim & it isn't my hair!!

Bob, I am very sorry to hear about Sarah.  She and your family will definitely be in our thoughts and prayers.  Please keep us posted.

Happy Anniversary to Sam and Sarah.  I laughed out loud at Karen MD's post about the million dollar baby at such a two bit joint...very funny!

Ok, let's be fair about this....have we forgotten that Ms. SNL totally sat out in the battle of the water guns?  I say it's her turn to get wet because, after all, I was helping everyone fill up their guns with water!
