Place: Garland USA Comments: Belated birthday wishes to my "cruising sidekick" - little a! Hope your day was as special as you! Happy Jack, believe it or not Bruce is home today and has not even mentioned playing golf. I guess it's because he overdosed on golf while I was in New York! I guess he phoned you about shooting an 81! He says we are going to Michael's today to buy a frame for he scorecard! About the Lemon Pledge, it was a drink that went with our Italian Night on the Sapphire Princess cruise to Alaska. That stuff was AWFUL and we all just about choked when we drank it. What's worse, the head waiter challenged us to drink a second one, saying if we could, we could have the shot classes. I don't have to tell you that our glass collections are complete with those little blue-bottom shot glasses!! I think Lemon Pledge would be better, and to think that Shortcake is trying to convince me to actually try that stuff, again, at Olive Garden!! Thanks for the anniversary wishes. I am enjoying some lovely yellow roses which are one of my favorites.

Steve has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3.5 years albeit more like 5 years now, but he is very, very ill at this time. Just wanted to pass the word to your class since Janie graduated with all of you, that they are in need of prayers at this time for Steve and the family. Place: Garland USA Comments: Prayers and positive thoughts for Ada, and happy belated anniversary wishes to Robert and Jolae Norman. We really enjoyed Gordy's last 4th of July extravaganza! It's amazing that it doesn't matter if you're wet or dry when great friends get together with great food! I survived Cooperstown, NY, but someone needs to send that message to my legs and feet!! What an experience and one that I will never, ever forget. I watched my grandson play baseball like a pro rather than like a 12 yr. old. There were 104 teams and his team missed the championship round by one game. They ended up in the top 30! It was really special seeing my grandson inducted into the Youth Baseball Hall of Fame and given his HOF ring. |
But this one actually tastes a lot better!
