Place: Oregon Comments: Thanks for all of the anniversary wishes, it's still a mystery why she has put up with me, but I'll take it. We spent a quiet night at home and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Don L, one more twist to our wedding day, the other Rod Savage used the same florist, but the colors weren't mixed up. I ended up meeting him when he signed a freight bill and I questioned why he signed my name.
Place: Richardson Comments: Happy B-Day Roe!!! Seems like we're always running a day behind, hope yesterday was a good one for you! Looking forward to seeing you & C arolyn at the reunion!! A Very Happy Anniversary to Kathy & JD!! Wow, more than 40yrs together!! You know, the times I've had the honor to met Kathy, I never knew she was deaf & blind!??   I'll 2nd the nomination for Sainthood for Kathy, right along with SueSue!! See you Fri night, 9-30 at 7:00pm!! No pvt bar outside for Fri night, but will have a pvt bar Sat btwn 6:00-7:00 for a general reception. Will be a pvt bar inside our ballroom both nights!

Place: LV, TX Comments: H a p p y 42nd A n n i v e r s a r y !!! to JD & Kathy Garoutte, married 9/20/69! JD – I don’t have complete notes regarding your wedding day, but I’m sure something out of the ordinary happened. However, your g/b note from last year (9/10/10) had a coupla clues: “Monday (9/13) is my Kathy's 63rd BD...has always be a very lucky day for all in my family as the matriarch has made our family run which will be 41 years on the following Monday the 20th”. So, belated Happy Birthday wishes to Kathy on her 64th and major congrats to both of you on #42. Best wishes for many more!

Shortcake, you're gonna need that walker for the pillow fight (for balance, not for swinging) on Friday night after the SOC hop. You're not getting off that easy just because of a little surgery. Don't be a "Wendy Whiner".
Place: cs Comments: You know how it is when you finally decide to take a pain pill....you have to eat or get sick....I will bring my stroller and dance with you jack..that way I can keep up!
Place: Sachse Comments: Dinner almost done at 4:30?? Bobby cooking for the early bird special?? You know that is suppose to be for OLD folks, don't ya?? Go ahead and stay or at least keep the walker, Shortcake. You can bring it on the dance floor and do alot of dancing with it. You could even do the one legged twist, the shag and the jerk. You can stroll. No polking, bunny hop or the chicken!!
Place: Cypress Springs Comments: If I get to come to the reunion I can promise you there will be no dancing from me....I imagine I will still be using a cane. They have not started trying to get me off of the walker yet. They said probably Friday or Monday maybe! I have made it all day today without pain pills...but it does hurt. Usually take one before I put the knee immobilizer on. See you guys later....Bobby has dinner almost done...I really owe him bigtime!
