Place: Richardson Comments: Oh, I should have known . . . he always did like you best!!
Place: Garland Comments: You do not understand SNL.....Rick did not bring something back for everyone but I am sure he got me SOMETHING! Lol
Place: Richardson Comments: Don & I look forward to seeing you & Dru tmo at Peaches house! It's rainy here & a cold front coming thru by tmo, so bring a coat & umbrella. But I'm a bit miffed at the Gaylord. I thought that suite was exclusively mine!! Apparently they'll rent it to any high-roller who has the big bucks to pay for it.
Place: The Woodlands, TX Comments: Memo To Don Lincoln: I just broke out the Pennsylvania Dutch. That means the holidays have "officially" started. Dru and I are loading up the sleigh for Big-D. Hope to see some of you 66-ers at the annual SOC Christmas Party tomorrow. Then off to the Gaylord Texan where we booked the "Sandy Lynn" Celebrity Guest Suite pictured below: ![]()
Place: Sachse Comments: Great pics of the grandones, SNL. I hope everyone will get some good grandones shots during the Christmas holidays and post them. It's fun to see how much they have grown. I have been really busy the past couple of weeks. While everyone is retiring, I went back to work. It's supposed to be part time but I'm needed full-time for now. What was I thinking? At least I have an excuse not to cook every night now. JD, I don't think you're gonna get any takers on a trade for snow shoveling, unless Richard wants to swap some Santa Ana winds with you.
Place: Richardson Comments: Shortcake - sorry, but I think you misread Rick's post. He didn't bring back anything cause it would have affected his gas mileage!! I guess we know what's more important . . . MPG or old friends!
Place: Garland Comments: I am sure everyone else understands Rick ....just glad you brought something back for me...you an drop it in the mail to me!
Place: Calif. Comments: A bit breezy out here JD. Just trying to hang on to my Ricky Nelson wig I scotch tape on sometimes..........not.
Place: Richardson Comments: Welcome back Rick, and I did miss you! Sounds like a great trip. Was it solely vacation or was it part business?
Place: bigD Comments: I just got back from Santa Fe, NM and Taos too, I'd ask if you missed me but I know better. I was there for a week toured the ancient cave dwellings and Indian Pueblos then down to Carlsbad to see Carlsbad Caverns. I wanted to get everyone a littie gift from New Mexico but it would have weighed down the car too much and ruined my MPG.
Place: Garland Comments: Gosh JD...you really have lost weight! Lol
Place: LV, TX Comments: JD - May be time to head for the beach & do some snorkeling again before it gets too deep - like you did before when Jack took this pic:

Place: 66 Wisconsin Comments: Ms McMakin...no snowboard but I do have n excellent pair of cross country skis...and James...the offer is for December, January & February where I will throw myself gigantic BD party at your home in February with invites for all...but the temps are much higher than I a looking for in your summer months.
But, James, when you finally agree...remember you must clean the snow from my sidewalks and drive within 24 hours or face a city fine...I do offer you the use of my 28" snow blower that will make it easier.
Hope all had a great Thanksgiving.
Place: Richardson Comments: I think Jim is on to something! JD, we can swap for June, July & Aug if you promise to keep all my flowers, shrubs & trees alive while adhering to the "water restrictions" imposed by the cities. It's December, if you have any photos of you G-kids with Santa or other Christmas type pics, send them to me for the P&J pg!!
Place: Carthage, TX Comments: JD - Sounds like a good deal. How about July and August??? Maybe even June. |
