Place: Calif. Comments: I'm not fading......thinning a bit, but not fading. Remember I just found, or imagined myself...not sure anymore. No I don't have to drive north any more. They wanted to extend my contract another 2 years but Mary Ann suggested we extend our marriage another 2 years instead. That was a 4 month consulting gig that went on for over 8 years. I'm just kicking up my consulting practice again. I can deal with about 4 maybe 5 clients at a time and that's it. I'm pretty much there. They pay me to tell them what they already know....quite a biz (I'm a CPA but I don't do audits or tax....too many numbers and it gets really confusing what with all that adding, subtracting, multiply and....what's the other one?).
Technology always fascinates me. There's a business I came cross called "freeconferencecall.com". No costs, no advertising but you can set up conference calls for up to 96 people for no charge. Just in case some you need the service for free. There are other services offering pretty much the same deal.

Place: Allen, TX Comments: Our first grandchild, Lila Kathleen McKee, was born at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012, in Abilene, Texas. She weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz., and was 20 inches long. Everyone doing GREAT. We couldn't love her more.

Place: Sunny & Cold in Richardson Comments: 44 yrs ago today, something significant happened. Donnie & Barbara eloped & got married!! I guess it was inevitable they get married 12 days after we gave them a faux wedding on New Years Eve of 1967 at my apt. I still have a few of the photos! What a fun party!!  Happy 44th Anniversary to my best friends . . . Donnie & Barbara Fugate!!! May we all be around to celebrate your 50th & many many more!!!

What type of biz did you open & I have other questions. *Are you the sole owner? *Do you have employees yet? *Are you now able to stay at home all month and stop working out of an ofc in another city 3 weeks a mo? *If the answer to the last question is Yes, is there a pool on how long it will be before Mary Ann files for divorce?? I'm just saying . . .

Place: Richardson Comments: t/w David Mitchell few minutes ago. He is still in rehab, but is going home tmo, Wed. He is doing pretty good & able to get in & out of bed by himself & walking with the help of a cane. It's a slow go when you break a hip at our age! He told me he's doing OK, but doesn't think he'll be going to WalMart any time soon! Don & I went to see Footloose this afternoon. LOVED IT!! Couldn't hardly stay in my seat the last 15 min. My feet were dancing! The title song still holds up tda & was as good as it was 20 something yrs ago!!
