Place: Richardson Comments: Rickypoo - so glad you can make the Mini!!! So far I have 20 people who will be staying for the Dinner Buffet. Hopefully, as usual, a lot more of you will be at the Mini. I know not everyone is able to stay for dinner. James & Kay Kidd are coming to the Mini & staying for dinner & at the hotel that night!! Shaping up to be a great Mini!!

Place: 66erville Comments: Sam, I would hate that you might miss out, so send me a MONEY ORDER and I will insure that you and Sarah have a place at the table. As a bonus y'all can go through the line in front of me!! Knowing that you are a big spender, I'm sure you will include a BIG tip. Anyone else that would like to pre-pay are welcome to do the same. For a limited time the handling charges are waved.
Place: Richardson Comments: You are always so thoughtful Sammy! The Holiday Inn said they wd bill each of us (single or couple) at dinner just like in a regular restaurant! We can pay with cash or Cr Cd. So no need to pay in advance. So far I have recvd 18 confimations for the dinner buffet!! As far as the SOC '66 Kitty goes . . . it's hanging in there, but I always like to start building it up a little so we have some extra for the reunion. Can y'all believe in 3 short yrs it will be our 50th!! Geez, seems like we just had our 45th.

Place: Coppell Comments: Sandy, Since this is March, Isn't it time to feed the website Piggy Bank? Sarah and I could arrive at the mini Around 5:00. Let us know if you need our check before the mini and we will send it with our check for the website.
Place: FW Comments: Sandy, I looked into the Belmont Hotel and yours and Rick's exchange. What an interesting looking place. I expect their lounge is pretty high to reserve. Too bad! It would be fun.
Place: DeSoto Comments: BTW - the time is 11:30 am on 4/27. Your event on the 13th sounds like Sandy has done her usual hard work of love for your next get together. Hope you have many in attendance.
Place: DeSoto Comments: Please join other SOCites for a luncheon April 27 at 11:30 am at El Fenix located at 6811 W NW Hwy Dallas. It is just west of North Park on the north side of the street. It would be wonderful to see many of you. I need to ask that you please try to let me know if you are attending by 4/25 so I can give the restaurant a head count for set up. Place: Richardson Comments: Jack, believe it or not . . . we weren't kicked out & no restraining orders were issued! The first two times we were at the Hyatt it was good. Then they rearranged the bar area and moved all the nice big chairs in the sitting area & replaced them with tables! The sitting area was reduced to that little area we were all squashed into last time. I felt like a sardine! The DT decided they would not open the bar for us at 2:00, so I told them we would not be using their bar. As luck would have it, the chef & mgr over the bar & restaurant at the HI is someone I knew from previous SOC events. He is so nice & very accommodating. I do think you will like the HI & the bar area. It has a very warm & inviting feeling to it. So, behave and don't screw this up by getting us thrown out.
