So very sorry to hear about Barbara Arnold's passing.  I do remember a while back when she came on the Guestbook and we chatted with her.  Our thoughts and prayers to her family.

Sounds like we did the same thing with our grandones, Sammy!  They spent the weekend with us and we went to see Turbo as well.  I was so thrilled to be able to take the little guy who is only three years old (Hudson) to his first movie.  We had no idea if we would stay for five minutes or the entire movie but it worked out!  We also went to Adventure Landing to finish off the weekend and our pocketbooks!!  It was a great weekend of grandone spoiling...

Sorry Sammy, I've been distracted with events around here, but understand the need!  Gordy is not home much, so call him on his cell #.  He rarely answers his home #, but cell is always with him.  His #s in the Dir are correct, but if you can't find yours or need his #, em me.  I'll send it to you.

We just had all five grandkids spend the night with us Thursday night. We took four of them to the movies and saw Turbo. Filled them up on kid's pack of popcorn, drinks and candy. Cody Jack, our two year old, came over via his mom later. All played in the pool. Watched a movie on Netflix until 9:00 p.m. No baths or brushing teeth.
We can't figure out why their moms are now not speaking with us. We limited their junk food intake to 15 lbs. Thought we did good.

For those of you who went to W.W. Bushman Elementary School, I recently came across this obituary and I am pretty sure it is for our beloved coach, Jack Sisco. He was a GREAT man and one of my all-time favorite teachers.

You guys crack me up...and now for the update!  Bruce WAS feeling a lot better but had something malfunction yesterday and had to pay the doctor a visit.  Test results will be forthcoming.  As far as his car goes....it went to the great salvage yard but we have been able to drive a new car under the previous toll-tag!!  As it turned out, he took my SUV and I am now driving the new car.  Now if the insurance will fast forward their time clock and settle the rest of that awful wreck, we can put the file safely away.  Until then our dining room table is our file folder of related "wreck" papers...lol.

Thanks for making me blush, Jack and Dale!
