Place: Southlake, Tx Comments: Big Al Struble is now home and doing well. He can't wait to start playing. Shirley and I got back from Mexico where Jonathan got married. We had a great time, but Shirley broke her foot the second night we were there. All good now. I've been on the GB for over an hour catching up. Sad to see the passing of our friends. Joe and I were music buds in school. Shirley and I pray for your families.
Place: Sachse Comments: Didn't figure Kinky McGee would be able to resist jumping on that.
Place: Cloudy & hopeful in Richardson Comments: Who knew the mention of whipped cream would bring McGee & Roe out of hiding!! It's cloudy here in the Big R. Weatherman says 50% chance of rain tonight!! PLEASE let him be right! Looks good so far.
Place: Coppell Comments: Well, thanks for all the ideas and suggestions for the left over can of Redi Whip. SNL and I are on the same page. I suggested what I thought was a good use for it to Sarah. Can't figure out though what a headache has to do with her decision to not use it?
Place: hot tee box Comments: Sudden Sam Smith my friend, you are seeking uses for whipped cream from Hi Vue Smiles and Hampton Road Burrow? The heat has you light headed. Those boys went parking on bike rides.
Place: Echo Comments: Well sure,SNL, you could use it for that, too.
Place: Cowville, USA Comments: Dear Sammy, after pondering over your question & conferring w/the finest minds in the Dairy Business & doing lots of research on whipping cream. I have come to the conclusion U can whip it but U can't beat it.
Place: 66erville Comments: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Sheryl and wishes for many more. Come to the mini and I'll buy you a birthday drink! Happy , Happy, Happy. Man, am I glad Sam asked Dale and Roe that question. And Dale handled it so nicely too. He had several idea's I'd NEVER thought of. He could make a new menu for Denny's! Can't wait to hear what Roe comes up with.
Place: 67er Comments: Thank you Sandy for the BD WISHES!! It was all work and no play at work today, so just now checking my emails. ![]() I do like hangin with ya'll........you make me feel so young ![]() Thank you again for thinking of me my friend !
Place: Richardson Comments: Well, I've been waiting for the reply to Sammy. I'll have to admit, Smiley went nowhere I thought he would be going!! I guess I'm kind of disappointed. I just knew he was going for the zinger. And to think, I misjudged poor Dale.
Place: Grosvenor Comments: And Sammy, if its the spray can, just cock your head back, open your mouth and as they used to say "fill'er up!"
Place: Here Comments: Sammy, I'v not seen or discussed Roes' herd but I highly suspect that there is not a spotted cow or a Jersey in the bunch. We raise beef cattle and the only milk our cows make goes directly to a hungry calf. I do however sometimes participate in the cullinary activities which lead me to ask this question: "Are you serious???" Apple pie. apple cobbler, actually ANY cobbler any pie, pancakes, waffles, pudding, crepes, graham crackers, french toast, strawberry schortcake, lasagne, hot dogs, steak, potatoes, beef tongue, okra, petunias, popcorn and the list is endless. I would start by simply getting a spoon and the bowl of redi-whip. Its' purty good frozen.
Place: Highland Park Comments: Smiley and Roe, I believe you guys are dairy officianados. I have a question. Our grandkids got banana splits at our house. After they left Sarah and I have leftover Redi Whip. Since it is about to expire, we need to find a quick use for it other than ice cream and cheeries. Any ideas?
Place: Richardson Comments: Want to wish a big Happy B-day to my friend Sheryl Bunyard! Happy B-day youngin'. I'm sure that's why you like hangin' out with us, cause we are all older than you! Hope you enjoy your day and we sure would like to see you again at the next mini.
Place: Echo Comments: Jack, On a more serious note, I went with Aetna Advantage mostly because it is through the Teacher Retirement System. It had a few extra perks from the stack of providers and offered the gap plan for doctors and hospital plus part D (Meds) for $75.00 per month. I also talked to several retirees that had used the plan and they thought it was great because you just give the Aetna card to all providers instead of the medicare card and they send you a complete explanation of what medicare paid and what they paid. They also are big enough to know how to negotiate and code all claims so that you get the best deal. I have not had a claim yet but feel like Aetna has me covered. |
