Place: Garland USA Comments: Thanks sandy! Hudson does love baseball and is signed up to play starting in a few weeks! I know what you and Jack are saying about all the new names and players. Really crazy trying to keep up with all the new names! Go Rangers! Everyone have a safe and blessed Easter weekend. ![]()
Place: Richardson Comments: It seems that way Jack! Never seen so many new names and difficult ones to pronounce. Try saying Shin-Soo Choo or Arencibia 3 times, heck, I'd settle for getting it correct once! I like our fill-in 3rd baseman, Kouzmanoff. Last 2 nights games were fun to watch especially in the 8th & 9th innings. Let me count the ways Seattle can lose a game . . . !!
Place: Stevens Park Comments: Who are those guys in Ranger uniforms?? I know the centerfielder, SS, 1st, LF, DH and most of the pitchers. Did that Gm bring up the whole AAA team to play this year??
Place: Richardson Comments: Recvd photo of a cute guy with a Rangers hat on! Check out P&J and be sure to click on the photo. It is a great view of the Ballpark behind the cutie! Thanks Toni!
Place: Coppell Comments: Smiley, I would have posted on GB; however, I am not a tennis fan.
Place: Grosvenor, Texas Comments: Look, I know that last post was a VERY lame joke but has it really made people stop using the GB?
Place: Big Driver, Texas Comments: Jack, Once I was hitting from the red tees when the tourney announcer came on the loud speaker and said "to the fat guy hitting from the red tee, that is the ladies tee box". I turned toward the club house and said "will you please shut up while I hit my second shot."
Place: in the woods Comments: Pool Guy claims the red tees are special tees for guys who have had knee replacements!
Place: in the rough Comments: Bubba Speaks.
Place: watching the Masters Comments: Bubba just hit a drive 360 yards. I would have to tee it up in the fairway. Anyone unable to attend the Retirement/Welcome/Roast of Cable Guy Fugate and wants to drop a line, give a tasteless gift, or send expensive Scotch, send it to me or our Leader SNL. We will present it to him when he is in front of a crowd. I have already received several items from around the world. I think the guy worked for the CIA. It's early, but the Rangers suck. Pool Guy
Place: Rainy Richardson Comments: Its been an off/on drizzle/slow rain since early this mrng. Beautiful rain! Wish it would do this all day and into the night. We need it sooo bad!
Place: Sachse Comments: Just catching up on the GB. I certainly hope Barb's sister Susan is recovering quickly from her surgery and that everything went well. I really enjoyed reading John's account of Ms. Criswell's tragic experience way back when. Definitely worth reading. Still pondering what imaginative "gift" I can come up with to honor Donnie's recent retirement. I will be scouring waste bins and Goodwill drop-off locations to come up with just the perfect item. Now I need to catch up on about a week or so of Facebook. ![]()
Place: Grosvenor Comments: Jack, Works either way....Heads or tails.
Place: 66erville Comments: Sam, try Goo Off. It works on everything else. Read the can for instructions. Use at your own risk. I'm not responsible for any results, good or bad. Smiley, I thought that was the cure for crabs!
Place: Richardson Comments: Yeah Shortcake, I think we all have all learned by now . . . Never take medical advice from Jack or Smiley. It could be detrimental to your health!
