Richard, I think you are right!  Dale, I read Lonesome Dove and watched the series all the way through. I KNOW Gus's definition of poke. Although I have heard of some kind of deal like it on the phone(?) I don't see how it is possible on Facebook.
Anyone with Facebook knowledge care to enlighten us?

Thanks for the belated birthday wishes too. I may regret this but, as Ada, Donna Riley and Shortcake found out, I am now on facebook too.  I just got "poked" by somebody I either don't know or don't remember knowing. What the *&^%$* is a poke and what does it mean?? Older, but still trying to learn!

So, so sad to hear about the passing of Robin Williams....RIP...one fine actor/comedian.
