Attention: Give the Committee a few days to recuperate and get several things done regarding wrapping up the reunion. When the reunion is over there are still loose ends to tie up.  But, in response to all the inquiries we got during the reunion and afterward - Yes, there will be an opportunity to purchase the Fugate Video from Saturday Night.  Donnie will send a mass email to all  '66ers asking if you want to buy one. It will be low cost (enough to cover purchase of CD, case, postage) and if you're interested please respond to Donnie's email.  I'm giving you a Heads Up so you will be looking for his email within the next week or so.  We're working on the email list and details.  Wait for the email, then respond.  We like to keep it simple.

I'll have to say, Donnie out did himself on this video production.  Wow! What an amazing job!  And yes, I can't wait to buy one myself.  He always does good work, but this one was outstanding.

Thank you all for such nice comments about the Reunion.  But just remember, it wouldn't have been a good reunion without each of you who attended.  It's the people who make the reunion great. All the rest is just the trimming on the tree!  [love]

Oh! What a Week-end!!!! It was AWESOME! Hat's off to the Reunion Committee. [thumb]The reception's, the meals, the music, the photo booth, the Video (it was priceless, I really hope Donnie makes copies) the rooms and of course seeing all of our High School friends [biggrin] It doesn't seem like it's been 50 years! I loved the purple hair [crazy] Thank you Karen Melton Davis for putting some purple in my hair. Still on a high from this week-end and already looking forward to our Mini in the Spring [wave] I'm anxious to see the pictures from the reunion, posted on the Guestbook. (I'm not on FB)

This was by far the absolute best reunion ever. Sarah and I had such a blast. We danced more at this one than the previous ones combined, broken neck and all. Thanks Sandy for dancing the Twist with me. As awkward as I looked, it was priceless. And a big thanks to Charolette Hillburn for dancing with me also. Charolette was my date to the Lisbon Elementary School 6th grade banquet.
By the way, if any of you are still hungry, the hotel kitchen has 190 boxes of extra chicken left from Saturday night. If you are not interested, they will be given to the 10 people who are still standing at the doors to the banquet room wanting to pay and get in.

We crashed and burned after we got home Sun about noon.  But up today and moving slowing.  On 2nd pot of coffee. 

A couple of things relevant o the reunion:  This was the 3rd straight Reunion our Committee put together.  Please let me THANK the other 5 people because without them . . .  I wouldn't look very good.  One person can't put on a big reunion.  Each of us has our niche.  So, Thank You to Donnie & Barbara Fugate, Jack Hawkins and the two members who married into our SOC '66 group . . .  Jack's wife Glynda and my husband Don!!  It takes a village to put on a successful reunion and these friends do a great job. We all enjoyed the reunion & we're glad you did too! 

Sandra - Just so y'all know, I didn't hear the Carnack routine prior to the debut Sat night.  But I "think" Donnie called him "Prosac the not so magnificent" or something like that.  Perhaps Jack or Donnie will clear it up for us.  I was sitting there listening to Donnie & I almost missed my queue to open the door for Jack.  When I opened it & saw him standing there I cracked up as taht was the 1st time Id seen him in the outfit.  Those two always make me laugh!

Thank you SandyLynn/Don, Barbara/Donnie, Jack/Glynda for the many months of planning.  It was wonderful!  Thank you Lonnie for being our photographer, you are fabulous (or make us look fabulous or better make us look fabulous!)  It was wonderful seeing classmates that I hadn't for forty plus years. And oh so bittersweet leaving Saturday night. Can't believe it's been 50 years!

Can you believe how fast 50 years went by! Thanks so much to SNL and Don, Donnie and Barbara, Jack and Glenda. And who could forget our fantastic photographer and assistant! Lonnie was everywhere and I cannot wait to see his pictures!
It was fantastic seeing and talking to everyone, half of who probably wondered off saying "now what was her name", but that is ok because next time you see me you with think "oh yeah, that is what's her name"
