The Family Visitation will be this Friday, 2-24, between 6 to 8 pm at Restland Funeral Home on Greenville Ave.

The services will be Saturday, 2-25, at 10:00am at New Liberty Baptist Church at 333 W. Centerville Rd. in Garland.

Karen has asked me to post this message and, with a heavy heart, I regretfully announce that her mom, Helen Dredge Reynolds, passed away this evening.  Karen indicated that one of Helen's nurses, from Jamaica, sang the Lord's Prayer to her in her native language, and Helen passed away peacefully shortly after the nurse finished singing to her.  The family is contemplating a funeral service on Saturday.  I feel confident that further information with be forthcoming either here on the Guestbook or Facebook.  Our condolences to the family.  RIP Helen...

We put Mom in hospice this past week on the Dr advice. But EMS took her to the hospital Year day because her blood sugar had gotten down to 27. They stabilized that but at one point her BP was 97/97. She is back home on critical care now with a nurse there all night. Plus the 24/7 assistant we hired to be with her.
Mom has congestive heart failure. Plus several other problems. There is no reversing it. Please keep her in your prayers.

For those of you who haven't heard, or didn't make the connection of the post by Tabrina Garcia on FB, Mike McCoy passed away this morning about 5:30am.  Mike is the husband of a dear life-long friend from Lisbon, Zumwalt and SOC, Linda Wright McCoy.  Linda & Mike got married just before our SR year started.  Tabrina is their dtr and she is the one that let us know her dad, Mike, had a massive heart attack a few days ago. 

Please think of our dear classmate, Linda, and her family as they grieve the loss of husband and father.  God Bless Linda as she goes thru this terrible time.

Place: Our Next Mini

Yea!!!  Finally got confirmation from Hyatt.  Our Spring Mini will be on Saturday, 3-18-17, between 2:00 to 6:00pm at the Hyatt Richardson.  Yes, same place we've had it the last several times.  It's at the NE corner of Hwy 75 & Campbell Rd.

I'll post the full invite on our Event page today.  So, spread the word .  .  .  Mini is 3-18!  [smile]
