Place: Richardson Comments: Today is the day, SOC '67 50th Reunion begins. Looking forward to meeting up with Sam & Sarah and their good friends from '67 Shirley & Carl Mullins. After all these years I finally got to meet them at our 50th and they are fun people! Also at our table will be Charles Moss and Sheryl Bunyard. Should be a fun-filled night.

Place: Sachse Comments: Congrats, Carol, on your new phone. I have been really disappointed with my smart phone. I have had it quite awhile and I am not a bit smarter. In fact, I think I losing ground. Looking forward to seeing you.
Place: KC, MO Comments: I got my new iphone 7! Today was almost like the Christmas morning when I got my bike, my dollhouse filled with tiny plastic people and furniture, and my Toni doll with her beautiful blonde hair and her trunk filled with clothes handmade by Momma! One of the first things I did was go to our Web site. I'm guessing that was the connection that caused the names of hundreds of possible friends to appear. I accepted the invitation to friend everyone who might have the slightest notion of who I am! Several people have accepted MY invitation so far - and I have already run the battery down to 14% capacity going through so many posts and pictures and videos. If this afternoon is any indication, I'm going to be one of THOSE people with my phone - at least until the "new" wears off. Oh, it's really pretty, too - white front and old gold back (what else?!?) with a clear plastic protective case decorated with flowers and a hummingbird. (Wow - I sound geeky!) Anyway - friend me! REMEMBER: Fall Get-Together is Oct. 28th @ the Holiday Inn on Hwy. 75. It's just 1 block south on the access road from the Double Tree where we had our 45th. The full details are on the Event pg. Really . . . now that your life is almost half over . . . ![[eek]](https://cdn.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/eek.gif "Eek - :eek:") About a 1/3 of the class will turn 70 between now & the end of the year. The other 2/3 will turn 70 next year. I'm very encouraged to know I may live past 140. Remember, I'm starting to plan a 70th B-day Party for all of us for next year. It will be low-keyed and inexpensive, but guaranteed to be FUN!! Rest up Richard, I will expect to see you at the party!!
