Place: North West of Grosvenor, Texas Comments: Hola Paul. Que tal? ( Miss Moe would be so proud of me. )
Place: Edmond OK Comments: Feliz Cinco de Mayo
Place: Richardson Comments: How great it must be watching a Grandone graduate from H. S. And an early Happy 9th Anniversary to you & Mike on May 6th. Sounds just like Mike to say that about the "best 4 years of his life". LOL Have a great weekend!!
Place: Galveston Comments: Finally getting around to looking in on the Guestbook. Happy to see lots of recovery occuring for many sick or injured. Looking forward to the birthday party in September. We are just really enjoying retirement here. Grandson Trey graduates from Frisco High in June so we will be up for that. Can’t make the Cinco de Mayo dinner because we will be celebrating our Seis de Mayo here for our 9th anniversary this Sunday. As Mike likes to say “It’s been the best ‘4’ years of his life. 😮
Place: Richardson Comments: My sentiments exactly Paul - Please sign up, I want to see all of you again!!! Go to the Events page and get all the info on our 70th B-day party. The time is getting close!
Place: Edmond OK Comments: Please sign up. I want to see all of you again.
Place: Richardson Comments: You're right Paul . . . so many people take this GB and our site for granite! it's such an easy thing to do, Bookmark it & "click" you're here! And yes, both Ada Ann & Paul have registered for the 70th B-day Party! I haven't received a registration in 2 weeks?!! C'mon folks, how hard can it be to send a $20 check. If you can't download the form (it didn't work for some) then call me and I'll fill it out for you so all you have to do is send your check. Just so you know, this little b-day party has morphed into a really nice celebration. There will be some good food (Prime Rib sliders), a DJ ( the same great guy who did our 50th) and a beautiful 70th b-day cake!! So get it in gear and register!!
Place: NH Comments: Wow.....Paul, you are young! Names are slow building up on the 70th birthday respondents.....get on it folks.....Sandy can't spoon feed us!
Place: Edmond OK Comments: PPS. I will just have turned 69 (August) before the 70th so if any of you OLDER folks need assistance... :)
Place: Edmond OK Comments: PS. Would love to Cinco de Mayo with you all but Kathy and I won’t be in Dallas until the next weekend.
Place: Edmond OK Comments: Ol’ dopey me. Forgot about using the guestbook to keep up. Since most of you have been in close contact you might not understand how GREAT it is to re-establish contact with you all. Would not trade away my military career but the cost of not being with you all more often was more of a price to pay than I realized until I was able to see you all again. Glad to hear about cancer remissions, improvement after strokes and new little people coming into the world. Most of all I am blessed to mix with all of you again
Place: Richardson Comments: Dang that sounds good Richard! But that whole weekend is booked with "stuff" to do on Sat & Sun. Can I take a rain check? If you're buying , I definitely want to make it at some point.
Place: Calif. Comments: SNL, I'm in. Let's all meet at Hacienda on the Lake in Mission Viejo, CA. You'll love it, and you'll like the time away from home. Drinks are on me.
Place: Richardson Comments: Guess what's around the corner? Margarita Time! Unfortunately Cinco de Mayo is on a Saturday. Anyone interested in meeting for a few drinks & then dinner on Friday May 4th? I guess you could say we're going to celebrate "Cuatro de Mayo". We can meet same place as last year, Uncle Julio's, or anywhere else you want. There are lots of great Mexican restaurants all around, so it won't be difficult to select one. Think about it and let's get serious next week as to where and when!!
Place: Richardson Comments: Sammy - That's great news about your brother Marty going home Saturday. Let the healing begin. |
