Comments: I will present it to you in person in June!!! And believe me - it is well worth the wait!!!!!  Yesterday I played the role of a diabetic for a training film for the Fire Department that is going to go out Nationwide. In one scene I was supposed to set at my computer and act confused - Bobby said that scenerio was probably the easiest for me and the guys probably could not tell the difference   Anyway, when I got finished with that the Chief called me in his office and all the Deputies were there and they told me that they had voted yesterday morning and I had been nominated by the guys in the Department and had gotten Volunteer of the Year for the Fire Department. So on the 29th I will get a plaque and have to give a speech (I know-its hard for me to talk!). Of course, they said that they will have to find something for me to stand on so that I can see over the podium!!! That is just not right!!!!

Comments: Cheezehead - I sent you a small package through the mail to thank you for the great letter you sent me so you better have gotten it. Not that I mind going back and getting another one to send you but I have been on a diet and it is way too tempting.  I am going to a cruise next month and want to fit into my clothes!Did you really not get it!

Comments: Dale, received your package yesterday. Thanks. I haven't had a chance to play it yet.. Will do so tomorrow. Went to the Park Central Surgical Center this morning at 6:00. Kathryn is our 11 month old granddaughter. She had tubes put in her ears. Doing well this evening. The ENT doctor said it was time to do this since she has had 4 ear infections in the last 4 months. I'll be soooooo glad when this topsy turvey weather is out of here. This is nuts. 82 degrees yesterday and 35 tomorrow morning. Good night all.

I can't believe that no one said anything about the comment you made to Sandy McM....wear slacks.....I almost fell out of my chair.  Surely, I'm not the only one who got that. I'm re-thinking my safety....I'm in good company with....gun-totin' McM.... ....we'll just tell 'em she took a class and that should take care of it.....
