Happy Jack, I'm a Mizuno guy. Their clubs cost more, but when I hit it in the sweet spot, the shots give the ego a lift.  I ordered a set of MP-57 irons, full cavity, per. weighted, very forgiving clubs. If you have interest, I have extra clubs and would love to play.

That's probably enough of a try there Jack..I guess to @#$#$@ with him (just kiddin' there Ken, in case you're lurking).  Southworth, I thought the same thing...the Mormon the merrier. But, it looks like he's out for the count.

SNL: when a campaign is suspended the delegates are still committed to the candidate. If he quits, the delegates become independent.
Richard:  I meant Kenny. Typed Pete by mistake. When I contacted Kenny before the reunion he was in Austin. When we sent the reunion package to him, it came back. I tracked him to Dallas and talked to him on the phone. Sent the registration package to him at the address he gave (the one listed in the directory) and have not heard from him since.

Pool Guy:  Watched a program called How Things Are Made on the Discovery channel. Showed how Ping irons are made and how they have such a BIG sweet spot. How this allowed for a bad hit to still go pretty much in the direction intended. Did you get Pings??

JD --  thanks for the pull.  I don't want my legs to be any longer.

Rick -- thanks.  I think I'll just shoot some RAID over the whole leg.  I don't know if the little critters are still in there or not.  I did think I might take a straight pin and stick in there and see if I can come up with some escargo.  How do you know if they are gone?

Rick....as I recall, the White House (on those private tours anyway) already looks like that...have you been in the don't-tell-anyone areas too?

Linda P. I don't know of any product that will kill wood worms while in the wood. There is a product, Holts worm, that will kill them after they leave the wood, but it's not very effective.
I have heard that furniture can be fumigated to kill insects but I don't know who does that around Dallas.

Yes John, I heard at lunch that Mitt "suspended" his campaign!  What exactly does suspend mean??!!  Either he's running or he's not!  Is suspend a kinder word than quit?

Southworth, I can just see the White house now. 5 first Ladies
would keep the staff jumping. Each room would have a different motif. The western room with cow hide upholstery, Asian room with little pagodas everywhere, the Disney room with cartoon characters on the walls, The elegant room with silk chairs and brocade carpet. What a picture that would be.

Well, heck. It looks like we won't be having our very first Mormon President after all.

I thought it would be fun to have a White House with four or five First Ladies.

Whew! Keeping up with the GB these days is not for the faint of spirit (or the employed) really, does anybody ever work? The day trip sounds like loads of fun. I have to work and also have a tax appointment tomorrow so I will wait to hear all about your visit. You girls have a blast, take lots of pics and cruise through some of the old haunts. CONGRATULATIONS SHORTCAKE on your award and starring movie role. Next stop, Hollywood! Oh and Jimmy H. the grandkids are precious. Maybe at the next get together in June, some more of us might take that trek back to God's country (South Oak Cliff) when we are all together again. Something to consider.
