Don, I didn't catch Sandy McM's comment either.  It should have been an enema....since enema starts with a vowel.

Linda P, I'm not really very sure how tall you are because usually when I see you is when you are sitting on a bar stool. LOL

KMG, I lost some ground as well; I was down 13lbs.  I switched to the Haggen Daz diet for a couple of nights....guaranteed weight loss reversal.

Congratulation Richard Nance on your 10 lb. weight loss.  Every little bit helps.  Keep up the good work.  I went to the doctor last Thursday for my 3 mo. check-up on my splenectomy and I weighed 131.12 pounds.  You know, 5 years ago, that weight would have been horrifying to me, but now, I'm ok with it.  Luckily, I'm still fairly tall, so it all doesn't go to the middle; some of it falls into my legs.

Sorry Richard, I didn't mean to overlook you. GREAT JOB on the weight loss. I lost ground but I'm back on the wagon again. "King's X" at next Saturday's girls lunch however.
