Comments: JAda, you don't start an enema with a vowell...check your medical book.
Comments: Don, I didn't catch Sandy McM's comment either. It should have been an enema....since enema starts with a vowel.
Comments: Don, I missed that one, but it sounds like Southworth's formula for fun...he preferes Champagne.
Comments: I still have several more pages to catch up, but I saw part of a post from Sandy McM that no one jumped on - not JS, JH, JD, or any of the J-dudes: "Had a surprise party at Texas De Brazil Saturday evening and my "bestest" friend ever, gave me a enema and a cane ... I still don't know what to make of it." Well, that makes 2 of us - is that some sort of bartender's special conconction with a naughty name?
Comments: Congratulations Susan, it's the best thing you could have done for yourself. Congratulations on you weight loss Richard. 10 lbs is a lot. Keep up the good work. I would guess that Linda P is 5.5, because I am 5.6 and a little bit taller. Bar Stool!!!
Comments: Linda P, I'm not really very sure how tall you are because usually when I see you is when you are sitting on a bar stool. LOL
Comments: KMG, I lost some ground as well; I was down 13lbs. I switched to the Haggen Daz diet for a couple of nights....guaranteed weight loss reversal.
Comments: Congratulation Richard Nance on your 10 lb. weight loss. Every little bit helps. Keep up the good work. I went to the doctor last Thursday for my 3 mo. check-up on my splenectomy and I weighed 131.12 pounds. You know, 5 years ago, that weight would have been horrifying to me, but now, I'm ok with it. Luckily, I'm still fairly tall, so it all doesn't go to the middle; some of it falls into my legs.
Comments: Cute St. Patty's graphics on the GB, SandyNL.
Comments: Sorry Richard, I didn't mean to overlook you. GREAT JOB on the weight loss. I lost ground but I'm back on the wagon again. "King's X" at next Saturday's girls lunch however.
Comments: "Luck 'O The Irish" to one and all today! ![]() SandraMC, I don't know how it's working for you, but I usually get the pinch before they notice I have green eyes. Congratulations to Susan, JD and Don on kicking the habit. SNL, you may have saved Don's life just by coming into it. Well now we know who the really rich classmate is. Shortcake, you must be loaded, not because of the RV but because you can actually afford to fill the fuel tank! Girl, you better leave those young fireman alone and don't be going over there today without your green on (unless we can come along and watch).
Comments: Happy St. Pat's to all you fellow Irishmen/women, and to the rest of you who wish you were Irish. JD, on the weight loss, I'm down an even 10lbs this morning...many more to go. So, as my mother Agnes Teresa O'Grady used to say,"An Irishman is never drunk as long as he can hold onto one blade of grass to keep from falling off the earth."
Comments: SPS...I must praise your accomplishment. I too smoked...at least 2 1/2 packs a day...but for 38 years...I stopped March 13th...two years ago. And once I made up my mind...it was really pretty easy. Now if I could just lose the weight that came afterwords...oh well. Congrats...you deserve lots of credit for the achievement!
Comments: Happy St. Patrick's Day. Congratulations Susan on the anniversary of your quitting smoking. I've never smoked, but was around smokers (years ago) and know that it is a hard habit to break. One person was hypnotized (and it worked). He quit smoking. Rick, what a nice thing to say about your wife. Robert Norman, Happy Birthday and happy weight loss. Both are a milestone in your life. Good morning, Gary Dadley. Why don't I ever see you in Duncanville?
Comments: Congratulations Susan!!! Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! Top O' the mornin' to everyone!! |
