Comments: Good morning, Toni! Regarding "Darla", not many know her real name is/was Freida Gahockstenhagen - originally from Germany. A lesser known fact is that each episode of The Little Rascals was originally filmed in Germany, in Cinemeist-Colour. The children are all German-born and the episodes were later dubbed in with the English language and converted to black & white for import to the States. Attached is a rare clip of the founding of the He-man Woman Hater's Club with footage of Spanky, Alfalfa, and Buckwheat (real name Otto VonSteinhardt) taking the offical Club Oath with hands on their hearts. These get-togethers seem to get better and better. Too bad we had a small rain cloud over us with Christie's passing, this time. But, you turned it into a nice, sunny day for her with the toast. I know she would be flashing that great smile knowing we remembered her and then went on to have a great time.

Comments: Southworth, it's funny you mention the "Woman Haters Club" . Two nights ago, on youtube, I watched the "woman haters club" from around 1931-33 range I think. It's the Three Stooges and the first "rap video" that I'm aware of...at least in my view, though I wouldn't want to make that claim at a PDiddy concert. (clearly I get bored during the week in my hotel room).
