Comments: Thanks Buddy. Signed, sealed and delivered today.
Comments: Stop complaining about gas prices and electric bills and do something about it. DRILL HERE. DRILL NOW. PAY LESS. www.americansolutions.com Common sense needs to set in this wacky world of political rhetoric and let the US control its on energy.
Comments: Ok - well I am bringing a lemon pie and potato salad.
Comments: Hi, all! I am a week behind on guestbook posts but did take time to look at the mini pictures. Great - as usual! Will try to catch up and post again next week. Have a wonderful weekend! Love ya! - Carol
Comments: Rick - - You & SOCrates Jr. have certainly become good travel buddies. My favorites are the one with him sitting in between the Canadian bears and with him on your shoulder while on the Ferry. I'm sure that drew lots of curious looks!!
Comments: If you want to see the pictures of SOCrates on his latest trip to NYC, click below. I still have to post the Niagara falls pictures. http://socratesseestheworld.site.shutterfly.com/
Comments: Gee, Southworth! Quite frankly, I am afraid to comment on that last statement you said Yuvonne made. But, my imagination is going wild.
Comments: While the high cost of transportation will prevent us from attending Gordy's celebratory event - fear not. I'll see to it that Dru whips up an 8-person serving of her famous "Swedish Meatballs" and FedEx's 'em to the party. The Smiley's can attest to these tasty morsels. I can recall Yuvonne commenting "Why is there blonde hair on these meatballs?"
Comments: Toni-- Yes, and I'll put you down for cole slaw too! Please keep me away from your banana pudding. You saw what happened last time!! Don't know if it was the Scotch that made me do it or it was because it was so darn good!! ![]() Jack-- we can take care of that ride for you!
Comments: Oh Sandy what have you done???? You know last year Gordy BEARLY had enough food to go around. I only took home one heaping plate of ribs and one of brisket and a quart or so of sauce. If all the locals (some of the out-of-towners may make the trip and show up too) I won't have much left-overs to carry off. Gordy provides a great spread but, if you come remember it is BYOB and bring a side dish or dessert for 6 or 8 people. Bring a couple of lawn chairs in case you need them. It is an outside party. Hope to see ya! ( I might need a ride home)
Comments: ....forgot one other thing.....I'm bringing cole slaw also!
Comments: SNL...I told Gordy I would bring banana pudding....am I one of those two?

Comments: Sandy McM - Pls clarify: "it could be you" - are you initiating a BI on me, or just need some tips on 'how-to'? If it's the latter, SNL mentioned a couple of websites that we used with some success in locating 'missing bears' prior to our 40th reunion. As she said, it wasn't free, but these services can be purchased by subscription (unlimited searches) or per individual search. I'll also e-mail you separately with a coupla names of classmates who've come thru with some surprising results that seem to indicate that they may have a 'friend in city hall' - later.
Comments: My son-in-law found 3 6 week-old kittens in the bushes at their house last night in McKinney and is looking for a home for the kitties. One is calico, one gray feathered with peach, and one strawberry blonde (a male). My son-in-law is allergic to cats and so they cannot keep one. The kitties eat crunchy kitty food and are litter box trained. My daughter now has them in the house and her kids are driving her crazy, wanting to hold the kittens all the time. Anyway, if anyone wants a cute kitty, please let me know. I already have 2, and don't need another one. |
