Comments: OK, ladies, paintballs sounds like fun. Now think about this very carefully. Do you really want to be a group of blue haired or white haired ladies?? I'm sure Bruce will be glad to join me in making it happen. Maybe some of the other guys will join in by the next go-round. The guys pick BLUE as our color. Can't wait for the pictures of the blue haired ladies of SOC. That might be calender material!!

Comments: I love the "fishin'" photo of Mike and Sue's grandone. I can imagine all kinds of captions to run under the pictures. lol So now Turncoat Toni is aiding and abetting the enemy by helping him select weapons of mass destruction!   We may have to do a little "reprogramming" at our next GNO, right ladies? McMakin, paintball at the rematch would be fine as long as we can find some "lead" paint to use!

Sandy McGee -- Now, I need a recommendation for good general dentist in McKinney for an adult. Know any? My daughter has been going to "Dr. Hottie" in McKinney, but their insurance is changing and he won't be on the plan anymore. That might be a good thing due to the fact that she said the first time he came into the examing room, her face flushed because he was so handsome.
Comments: I honestly think we should do paint ball next year. We could use red, white and blue paint. By the way my brown pants faded. I think the guys must of had a little bleach mixed in with their water.
Comments: Another precious grandone....Mike and Sue are surely proud of their little guy! I wonder what great fishing yarn Grandpa spun for him? Wouldn't you liked to have been in on that conversation?
Comments: You can really tell these are the "dog days" of summer.....but on the brighter side....Bruce and I had to go to Walmart today. You'll never guess what we were drawn to like a magnet. We found the coolest water cannon that shoots colored water....guess who won't be wearing white next year?
Comments: The wedding is over and right now it is happy memories. Tammy made an absolutely beautiful bride and she and Mike are so very happy. One of the funny parts was when the pastor was getting ready to present them Tam thought he forgot the part about you can now kiss the bride so she said "when do I get to kiss him?" Bro. Ken laughed and told her he was getting to that! He presented them as husband and wife and then told him that. It was cute  As soon as I can I will send pics.Toni and Bruce came and we really enjoyed having them there, but of course, Toni has been in my family for years so it is just natural for her to be there. In fact, the photographer was taking a pic and he wanted to know if we were all family and I told him yes. I just hate waiting for the pictures.

Comments: We had the bridal shower for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law yesterday. Connie made me hang around to help her out. Janice Scallorn came to the shower. She apparently rarely looks at this website. I promised her I would let her know when we are having another mini-reunion. She feels bad that she has been missing them and wants to see everyone. I brought her up to date on the recent passing of some of our bears.

Comments: Hi all! Thanks so much for the anniversary wishes. It doesn't seem like it's been 3 years to me either. Where does time go? Bruce and I attended Karen and Bobby's daughter's wedding last night....it was a lot of fun....and we even got a gift when we left...a bottle of wine with Tammy and Mike's Picture on the front of the bottle! What a great gift. Well, we're down to two puppies! If you know of anyone who might be interested in a quality Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, please let us know.  |
