Comments: One in eight women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer during her life time. This disease is also diagnosed in men. I know of 10 classmates that have experienced Breast Cancer. Toni, after the waffle shop get together, you might want to consider the ice cream shop in Glendale for dessert [Robinson's - I think?] . He used to make a wonderful peppermint malt!

Comments: Bovie, here is a heads up for you. These gals really go all out for these lunches, so put on your best frock and high heels. Wouldn't want you to be shamed or kidded at your first gals lunch. (I know this because I ran in to them at Houston's a while back. Note to Sandy McM: not with the guys!!
Comments: Sandy Mc....congrats on the engagement for your daughter. Just got back from NM and I'm on the short end of time...one week. So sorry I am going to miss the lunch. That's the day I drive off to NM. SNL, as soon as you set the date for the fall get-together please post it so I can make flight arrangements.

Comments: Just one other thing and I'm going to bed. My daughter called me from Yankee Stadium Tuesday night and told me that her boyfriend ask her to marry him. It was such a surprise that she couldn't help but cry. I knew because he had called me about 15 minutes before to ask for my approval. Wasn't that sweet! Just thought I would share.
