Do you think I should save it for next year? cause I will probably for get it again. You just shouldn't of been born so close to Janice.

Comments: Many thanks, one & all, for your kind b'day wishes. It's been a good day off. I've had calls, cards, e-mails, g/b notes; heard from all 3 sons, including Greg in Tikrit, Darren in upstate NY & Chad (step-son) in Dallas, GA, near Atlanta. Kathy treated me to Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse this evening for mesquite grilled 'surf-n-turf' & drinks. I'm pretty gorged, so cake may have to wait til tomorrow. I'm not sure what else she has in mind to celebrate at this late hour. I haven't seen any 'wrapped' gifts since we rtn'd from dinner. But, I hear water running in the master bath, so I'd better go & check to make sure she's OK - later!
