Comments: SNL, thanks for the updates....the prayers continue...
Comments: Ada Ann, congratulations! I know you are excited. Jack, I think J'Sophie is more appropriate. Jada, what do you think???
Comments: just want to express my condolances on the loss of a child , I also lost my son about 21 years ago . A group called compassionate friends was very helpful to me ,it is a support group for bereaved parents . THEY UNDERSTAND---PHIL
Comments: Congrats JAda!! While, for some strange unknown reason, I favor the name Jill, I have been thinking about it and I suggest the name Jane. Good, solid name. I haven't heard of a Jane in a long time, so it won't be confusing in school and is a lot easier to say than JSophie.
Comments: Ada Ann -- Congratulations on the "revealing" that your daughter-in-law is having a little girl. Let the shopping begin! I have 2 granddaughters and they are so much fun. I have 2 grandsons, too and they are fun, just in a different way. Thanks SNL for the update. That family is continually on my mind and what they are going though. I hope the search is able to go forward.
Comments: There has been no change in Don Gaines status. He has still not gained consciousness. I will let you know as soon as any new info is recvd. Yesterday they suspended the search for Brandon about noon due to high winds. But they resumed it last night at 6:00pm until 9:00pm. They told Donnie they got about 8-9 good possibilities and will bring out the dogs, boats, divers and helicopters today about 9:30am. They will resume the search in the locations they marked last night. Let's all pray that today will bring an end and closure to this family's nightmare and let the healing begin. We all love you so much Donnie & Barbara, and our hearts are breaking along with you. Our prayers will continue!
Comments: JAda, congratulations!!! a girl! How precious and sweet. A special blessing from above. Have fun & Enjoy her!!!
Comments: Dear Donnie and Barbara, We're so very sorry about your loss and our prayers are with you and your family. Please, let us know if there is anything we can do to help. We don't won't to bother you. However, please know that we're here if there is anything at all we can do. God Bless you and your family. Our prayers are with you. Love, Everett and Jeri
Comments: Oh Ada, I'm so happy for you! A sweet little girl to spoil! This is wonderful news!
Comments: Congrats there JAda. I'll get with Jack and see about ordering some appropriate T-Shirts to celebrate with.....I just read where he's in the business now.
Comments: It's A Girl!
Comments: I am so saddened by the news of Don and Barbara's grandson. I cannot really express the sadness I feel. Don and Barb, I know you have to go through this but remember we are all there praying and hoping that the ordeal you are going through now is soon over and you can get on with the mourning, and then the healing. I am so sorry!
Comments: Barbara and Don, I am so sorry that you have to endure such a heartache. God only gives us what he knows we can handle, but I know you can't help asking, "Why, me, Lord?" We may never know but rest assured your family is in my prayers and God will take care of you all.
Comments: I agree about how great hearing from the Fugates is. What strength they are displaying to all of us. Connie and I lost our first child. The circumstances were totally different; but, the pain was deep and is still with us (locked away in our souls). To me, the pain the Fugates are feeling is much deeper that what my wife and I went through. I have always felt that in times of grief and suffering, people show their "true" selves. This goes for the Fugates and all of our classmates. I am not boasting that we are great; but, the bonding we are experiencing in support of Barb and Don is great. And, Barb and Don are showing such strength and faith. For all of this, I am extremely proud of our class. The Fugates asked that we be sure to pray for their son and daughter-in-law. Their pain has to be deep now. I have been praying for all of them. I even have the staff at my church and a lot of the congregation (which is quite large) praying for all of them. I hope all of you will reach out to your churches and friends for prayers. Don and Barb: We all love you dearly.
Comments: Don has suffered so much, as has Virginia. They are in my prayers. Let us hope and pray that there is closure for the Fugates very soon. |
