Comments: Richard, help me out if you can. Today a very old and dear friend (isn't that the way Jimmy Stewart described Harvey??) gave me a bottle of wine from Dog Tail Vineyards. It is Watchdog White, a California White Wine. Label says they are in Murphys, CA and it contains sulfites. Label says: "Dog fanciers know it's all about good breeding. But sometimes, your childhood best friend was just a mutt. You know, a bit shaggy with mottled colors and a body that looked like you put together a Great Dane with a Dachshund. And they never let you down. That's what your can expect from Dog Tail White. Its got good breeding-varietals true to their character now mixed together to create a one of a kind. Give it a try--you'll be in love for the rest of your life" Know anything about this place. Is it one you have visited or not visited on purpose?? I haven't tasted it until I hear from you, but I did spill some on my shirt and the color came right out!

Jerry & I had this discussion before and I'm about 12 hrs older than he is! Hope it's a good one for you dear friend!!Yep Sally is the youngest with Toni only a few days older than her. They really should have been in the class of '67, but even at an early age they knew this was THE class to be in!! And Robert, you are the oldest. What a great bunch this is & I'm so happy to have each of you as friends!!! I've been baking and cleaning all morning as company arrives this afternoon and my bro & has family will be here Christmas Day. I just stopped for a coffee break and to catch up on GB. Comments: Thanks Toni...this is a life changing procedure...I am in no hurry to move forward, even though I am back to work...am taking it easy...as soon as the swelling in my face, neck and lover jowl go away I will fl better...boy I know I'm nothing to look at...but now...it's really bad!!! LOL

I'm second youngest....(Jan 5) and Sally is THE youngest (Jan. 8)...right now 59 feels like at least 65! JD, sure hope you allow yourself an appropriate amount of time to recover from your surgery. My mother went through that surgery back in 1977! I'm sure the surgery has been streamlined since then but don't over-do it! Take care!  |
