Comments: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Shovel Dog. Treat yourself to some flames for the car and get a vrooooooooooom muffler. Thanks Richard for that memory. I think we should ALL rewrite our list to include you, Eddie (and wasn't there a third guy??) standing just inside the school doors first thing in the morning, combing hair. Combing until every hair has in its proper place. I see it in my mind's eye. How many combs did you go through a year??
Comments: Geez, you two get up waaay too early! Happy Birthday today JS!!! May you continue to lead the way for us into old age! Hope to see you & the lovely Dru in June.
Comments: Happy Birthday John! - Get that cane out and be really careful - you know how you old people are - you don't want to break anything - it takes way to long to heal at your age!!!!
Comments: H a p p y B i r t h d a y wishes go out to John ‘The Shovel’ Southworth, SOC ’63, today! Not much shoveling lately, John. Hope you have a great one today, that Dru will treat you to gifts & a nice dinner. Stop by our next mini & we’ll swap b’day drinks – take care!
Comments: I want to thank the wonderful SOC friends who came over Fri night. It lifted my heart to see your smiling faces, and of course, ya'll did things that made me laugh. I'm still wondering "who" reprogrammed my frig??? Guess who showed up Sat in Crawford!! Coasty Don L!! While at the cemetery the wind picked up & as the reverend was making his closing remarks it blew the family's spray of flowers over! They hit something & made a loud bang. Who came to the rescue . . . none other than Don! He immediately went over & picked them up, but due to the fall, the stand was bent. He stood there holding them until everything was finished. Friends . . . they can reprogram your frig, give you beautiful flower arrangements or hold up a family spray and never say a word or expect anything in return. I love you guys and girls!!! Your prayers and kind words have helped and are greatly appreciated!! Love you, Sandy & Don

Comments: Remembering..Going to the principals office but being more worried about what was going to happen when I got home..Mom yelling at me to come home,no cell phones...work was mowing the lawn, taking out trash..whistleing into the old dial phones and connecting to Michigan..all first days of school..Being told by Mom not to cut my hair off and then going and had a crew...sneaking out at nights through a window and not being caught for several yrs..then being grounded..getting a dog when I was in 3rd grade and him passing when I was a soph in college..watching 8 mm films over and over..hitting the light pole at Kiest and only getting a double out of it...the first slip and slide..walking around at nights and not being concerned about it..my Baptism..old fashioned values
Comments: Here's my top ten memories: 1. Combing my hair ....the other nine are a blur.
