Comments: Toni-You're the 2nd person who has asked me for a Mini Den since I referenced it yesterday. I'll put one back for you. JD - You bought a Den & it was in your packet at the reunion. If you need another let me know kiddo! And for those of you wondering - - Yes, I kept every registration form that I recvd & have them in a box in my closet. Barb & I sat down one evening right before the reunion & meticulously matched up every form with a packet & stuffed it based on what the classmate ordered. A coupla hrs & one bottle of Kendall Jackson later & we were done!! I'm sure there were no errors!! 
Comments: SNL, I'll take one of those Dens - check's in the mail! Karen MG - RockBand Classic Rock comes out on May 19th! That was one of the Easter gifts to my grandson, Brayden, whom I might add is phenomenal on guitar - with his back turned to the screen! He entertains the family each chance he gets - for hours!! I was amazed at his ability. He sounds like he's been playing for years, and he's only 10! We should get them to entertain us at our next get together...ha!ha! His dad has encouraged him to take guitar lessons - maybe Shortcake will be available...lol..!
Comments: While I was busy washing clothes and putting away groceries last night, I see Southworth was spreading rumors about me! JS - the only statement you'll ever get from Mr. Broughton is one saying that this "Lynn" was the best thing that ever happened to him. If he's smart; that's what he'll say!!!

Comments: JS - You should've been a 'gumshoe' or miner - you really dug-up a jewel with your shovel that time - very impressive. JD - My VA project trip to Milwaukee was postponed, again, due to contracting issues - sorry, will not be there 4/22-24. Will call later or this weekend.
Comments: In a couple of hours, Our son in Calif, well his wife is being induced.She has blood dyscrasias, one from her mom and a different one from her father.It doesn't look good.She could die giving birth.Need your prayers for her and Israel and for the son to be born.
Comments: Jack, I was 40 yrs. old before I found a gal who'd go out with me more than once. But as near as I can remember, I never dated any Marilyns. My mom always warned me "stay away from girls with 'lyn' in their names. They'll change your whole dang life". Comments: JD, Just ask anyone, they will tell you I don't have a clue!!! Hey Shovel Dog, didn't you date Miss Chambers once? Or was she the one you worked with?? Sorry, I can't keep them straight.
Comments: JD - may be able to help you out, at least on #1. Don't believe you'd find Marilyn Chambers in any of our DENs! However, you might check out some of her work if you look in the "adult" section of certain video parlors!   But, I can definitely fix you up with a DEN! Many people told us they had lost their DEN or it had been destroyed. Donnie Fugate put great effort into reproducing our '66 DEN with most of what the original '66 DEN had in it but with one exception. . . he only put the Sr photos in it! We offered the Mini DEN to those attending the reunion for $10 & put them in the packets. But if you didn't get one.... we also mailed them out for $12.50, which includes the mailing cost. I have about 10 left & I'd be happy to mail you one! 
Comments: Am sometimes amused when there is a reference to my name on the GB...the variety of notations seem to run a total range that might scare some people. However, I have a wide variety of life time experiences so have learned to accept almost anything. I guess I should just be pleased that my SOC classmates remember me at all...but in reference to the last notations. 1. RN...Marilyn "Thespian" Chambers --- WHO? I am not sure she was in our class? I don't recall her ever being in any of the school plays or skits or holiday programs...did she play Mary Magdalena at one of our Christmas programs? Just can't place her name or face and since I don't have a DEN it makes it doubly tough to recognize...anyone out there that can help me? 2. My friend JH... Why are you and I always seem to be connected somehow...or placed in tandem...when this group of people comment on the GB? Its always seems to be JH & J.D., or J.D. & JH...do you or anyone have any clues...??? 3. Ms SNL... Of all people you should always be aware that my "CARD" was specifically left several years ago for use by any of my SOC classmates...just charge it and when they ask you for my I.D., just tell them that I will never refuse your charges!!! So, please, go, drink...drink some more...all you can if so desired, and just say J.D. says its alright!!! 4. Now comes my question to you guys... Why can't I have comments made about me and Linda P., KarenMG, Shortcake, Toni, my dear friend Ada Ann (still lighting candles at mass), the dear Ms McMakin, Rosemary, BF (sorry Fugate), & Susan Sunde. Couldn't someone make me feel good and replace Marilyn Chambers with one of the beautiful SOC ladies? This might help my reputation...for what ever it is and change it!!! |
