Comments: Gosh JD sure has been quiet - do you think it is taking him that long to count up all of the bills he got from our shopping sprees?
Comments: I had my pre op appt today....surgery has been moved up to May 6, so will get it over with one week from today....keep those prayers going.
Comments: Well I can see what gets this group going...criticizing George Bush and chocolate.....we'll stick with chocolate for a while. I think Smiley's still covered in soot and taking a break to go for the sundae. I'm unclear on one topic....are the Santiago's going to be at the June gathering..is that confirmed? If so, I'll make my arrangements. (Recipe will be forthcoming once I get back in my town)
Comments: Rickypoo sent a very interesting link called the "Gratitude Campaign". It's a short 30 sec video that let's you know how to say "Thank You" to our military personnel when we see them. Comments: Rick, next time you go "antique-ing" I think you and Marilyn should contact a Mexia realtor and put in a bid on the old Westminster College building. Comments: That Westminster guy must have really gotten around. As Shovel Dog informs us, there used to be a Westminster College in Texas. There are currently three more I know of, one in MO, one in Penn and one in Utah. Good looking filly you got there Ms. Donna. Was this planned or a surprise?? I have a copy of the secret recipe for malted milk from W.L. Green's soda fountain.
