JS-Shame,SHAME on you !!! You nailed the core of the Liberal party (once the Democrat party) in one breath. I will take my mandatory choice Pelosi G/T with a double top on the driver side (tall drivers with cowboy hats) and a trailer hitch

Buddy, don't be worried about the traffic situation or gas mileage. You can be one of the first to buy that sporty little Italian number - the Pelosi GT. By 2012 it will be the mandatory vehicle of choice:

Dr Southworth-I have a better plan than Obama on auto mileage. Very simple, make the cars move on the black-top. Not to forget the stop lights. On my old rout to Colleyville HS, less than 2 miles away, 6 lights away and always 6 stops. I guess it would be too much of a burden on local Government to put the lights in a no stop order. The average car will pay over 10,000 bucks in taxes. Seems like we could pave the highways in GOLD

As a reminder, there's a SOC/Kimball/Sunset/Adamson/Carter...etc., gathering at "Chips" on Thursday night, June 11th.  You may want to drop by and perhaps spot old (really old) cronies from days of yore.  Yore was a good year and yore going to have fun with the class of yore.  Chips is on Lovers Lane at the North Dallas Tollway.

I talked to Toni yesterday and I think she said that she needs to change the Mexican food to the 10th because of a ball game with her grandson on the 9th.  I will verify.

John, out here they'll accept anything, even barter.  Now in NYC, I think they limit themselves to AMEX Platinum & Black cards...at least that's what I remember from NY's former Attorney's General (did I spell that correctly Smiley?) episode.

Jack, sounds like there was nothin' subtle about that call.

SNL, I think your grandkids have more cash tied up in vehicles than any of us do.

Richard, like you, I too, frequent the services of a Prostitute Trainee. As you mentioned, they keep one motivated and don't seem as jaded as the old-timers.

Mine refuses to accept the Discover Card. How 'bout yours?

TNX Kicka@@ & KMD!  They are very competitive & were so funny trucking all over the property!  Didn't have nothing like that when we were kids!!  Best we got was a bike or a manually pushed wagon!  LOL

Jack - that's a new one.  I've never gotten a call, just lots of emails telling me those things.  They're getting very bold.  You are exactly right, we must learn not to give out person info at the drop of a hat to anyone who calls us. Scary!

FYI:  The class of '64 is having its 45th reunion in Oct. 2009!  They sent us an invite & it's posted on our EVENTS pg.  Take a peak as you may be interested in attending!

Wanted to let you know about the newest scam. Last night I got a call from "The Computer Protection Service". They told me, with a thick Indian accent, that while scanning the Internet they discovered my computer had been infected with a virus. Asked if I had noticed that my computer was running slower than when it was new. When I said no (all computers run slower as they age because they have more data to go thru) they said that means they caught it before it had activated. I asked how they got through my firewall (if you don't have a firewall you shouldn't be on the Internet) they said their software was transparent to firewalls. Anyway, we spar'd for a while and finally they told me for a mear $54.95 they would clear my computer of all "bad items", including spyware, worms, viruses and cookies. Folks this is a scam. 1st you have to give them remote control of your computer. When they have that they can extract any information you have on the computer. Passwords, any credit card info you have ever put on or used with the computer, if you pay bills on line, all your banking and account info. 2nd they can install any software they choose, including using your computer to send out spam emails and work as a server for them. Once again, never give anyone who calls you any info or access to your computer! No legit company will call you and ask for info or access.

Sandy Mc, that's the way to go, if you can.  I have a PT as well and it's the difference in staying motivated....which I have trouble doing.

Love the grandones photos, SNL. Kudos to April for challenging Dylan and Daniel. Remind her that it was a filly that won the Preakness.

SNL, I can't believe how the kids have grown.  It seems like it was just yesterday that they were born.  Congrats on a beautiful family!
